The hospitality was wonderful. There was a after distant affect and tourism were just starting in manali.
The hotel management were kind enough and special the Resturant Manager, Mr. Pawan was very kind. Food was brilliant and whatever was order, they had provided without any hesitation.
Thanks to the Management and special thanks to Pawan ji and Sahil ji who helped us throughout.
Keep it up and a must visit property.
View from hotel is great. Service is okay and most importantly food is not good enough as we 19 people group were there and all health issues happened while staying at hotel so hygiene is an issue. All got diarrhea so 1star for hygiene.
One of the best hotel experience I have ever had. We were a group of 12 people & the room was arranged by the travel agency.
1. Staffs- The staffs were amazingly nice except for some of the restaurant staff who would get tired at our orders because of our number.
2. Food- The food at the restaurant was amazing and not at all overpriced.
3. Rooms- rooms were nice and cozy with wonderful view and room service.
4. DJ- The hotel has its own small disco which was mind blowing!! The best part of the hotel.
5. Location- The view was amazing but was at some distance from the mall road.
Go for it. You wont regret it!!
Stayed at the property with a group of 14 people and everyone was surprised by the hospitality. Special mention to Mr. Salim from central reservation and Mr Rammurti from reception. They went out of the way and took good care of all of us. Highly recommended for everyone be it family friends or couple. Loved the food , DJ too.
The only issue is front open and on road car parking. Otherwise this property is one of the best options to stay in Manali. Staff is prompt, cooperative and well mannered. Hotel service is up to the mark. Quality of food is good. Our stay there on 12-14 April 2023 was comfortable.

All the positive reviews you see are fake for this hotel. It is the worst pathetic unhygienic hotel. While we stayed there, 70 guests in the hotel got food poisoning due to unhygienic water and stale paneer. There is no kitchen hygiene. Our entire trip was ruined due to this hotel as all of us fell ill due to unhygienic food in the hotel.

We were 2 families who stayed in the hotel. Our stay was comfortable. Food is good. Breakfast should have more options. Spa is only available in advance and hotel should also mention that spa booking will be taken in advance. Disc is really good with nice bar and hookah options
Mr. Darshan is a Super host.
Raju and the chef are very accomodative and did their best to meet all the requirements of our big group of 25 people.

More than a Stay it was an experience to remember. The location is just amazing from where you get an complete view to manali, evening and night chill on terrace is just magical. Hospitality and kindness of Owners & Workers is just wow. Good & Health

Stay was very comfortable with great views. Staffs were kind and helping. One star less for rooms cos they charged for room heater 350 per day. I think it should be complimentary.
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Manali Grand. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. One of the great location to stay in Manali. We stayed in Premium Room at this hotel and view from the room was so beautiful.

This place is truly the best!!! The tent and cabin sites are limited so you are not on top of each other and have a lot of privacy. it's truly unique! The owners are the best! I've been coming here with my friends multiple times a year for 7 years!!!

Uma makes the most delicious Siddu and great Masala Chai.
Shes a lovely lady, so friendly and good atmosphere there.

This hospital is one of the best hospital in Manali. This treatment cost is also one of the biggest factor why it is best. good with patient and as well as attendant . The doctors are good and best behaviour also. They give you best service .
