Great ambiance and one of the best bistro in palakkad to hangout with friends and family for years. Their pizza's and pastries are yum, chicken barbeque pizza is exceptional
One of the best experiences that i had from any other cafe in Palakkad. Ambiance was quite descent and well arranged. Pretty decent place to hangout with friends, families. They have a lot of cake varieties and courteous staff. The food quality and taste is more than good it is amazing i have visited several times and the quality of the food doesn't even get low. Really satisfied.
One of the oldest brand cafe in Palakkad. This happens to be their new outlet. Burgers & Shakes are really good.
Pros:
We had some nice baguettes here. Level 2 burger is a must try too. But wraps are not great.
Cons:
Kerala special wrap was a disaster.
Plus the serving dishes kinda look old and mouldy.
Good ambiance, but lack of basic things like ...No drinking water ... It's a self-service shop...
A nice place to chill out. Good ambience . We had steak wrap, egg veggie wrap, french fries, hot choclate and lemon tea. Good quality and quantity stuffs , value for money . Steak wrap has good quality meat and veggies, only thing I felt was there was no lemon flavour in lemon tea . Overall it was a good experience .
Magik oven had name and brand. But it's gone. All the bakery items tasted so bad. Paneer sandwich, mushroom puffs - all tasted bad. Ordered fresh fruit drinks, also bad.
Very disappointed. Please keep up the old name, I have always loved this place as a kid.
Also. Just to inform. We ordered smoothie, he billed, but in a change mind in few seconds, we requested to cancel since we felt it was already too much as we ordered two other juices.
The cashier denied to cancel. He said order is gone and they started to cook. This is crazy. Nowhere I have seen this. How can they start making smoothie in just a mins and we received the order very late. Smoothie was last thing to come.
This is very bad customer service. And very bad food.
I don't want to give any rates. But giving one star because I have to give something.
Nys products , nys atmosphere, price is high,not affordable for poor people.

Everything was really good and the spicy burgers are a must try for everyone. The bun was so soft and the patties were fresh and the taste with the blend of spices was a treat for me. The parking facility was good and there was enough space for bikes
