The Madhai Resort - Resort hotel in Madai, Sohagpur - Hoshangabad, India

I had a worst experience with this resort... Horrible experience... Rooms were too clumsy n dirty.. Washrooms were horribly dirty even you can't enter... The staff was very rude .. At the time of check in they told us for complimentary things and after check in they denied... Food was tasteless,, even in milk they mixed water,,, please if you are thinking to go with this resort think thousand times.. My experience was horrible with this resort...

Very peaceful stay! Rooms were big, but it was dusty when we checked in. We requested the staff to dust the rooms and it was promptly done. Bathrooms are large but with 2 problems. 1. The waste water from wash basin runs under your feet across the other side of the bathroom. It feels very weired and dirty. 2. No running hot water. We had to request for a bucket of hot water for each person. Service was good. Staffs are very good. They are local boys from the nearby village. Particularly the head service person is very good. Food option is limited and simple, but very nicely cooked and fresh. We loved the food. I think overall the hotel is a bit pricey.

Great Hospitality and Ambience. We were worried about staying in the jungle area but the owner made us have a comfortable stay alongwith tasty meal and his personal attendance in whatever possible . Keep up the good work

If you are interested for satpura jungle safari, then I would suggest to prefer this resort, I visited here with my family and my overall experience is awesome, staffs are really friendly and supportive, as we came for safari & I booked for morning Safari, & without any excuse they have (staff) packed our breakfast on time, Mr brijesh & Mr Sonu they are really friendly persons, we have experienced a wonderful stay at Madhai resort.. I have given 4 stars for location that's only because when I came some parts of the road on under construction, that's purely not related to the hotel, & I need to give 4.5 star for rooms but I don't get that option. One more thing in some of the rooms they have both Indian & western toilets. It's a budget friendly resort with nature.

The rooms here at the Madhai Resort are quite big and spacious. AC rooms and service is also good. The staff is friendly and Co-operative. The taste of the food is also good. No problem what so ever. Washrooms are clean and the resort has open surrounding. The only thing that I think missing is a swimming pool. Overall Nice experience.

We, a family of 4 including a little girl, who stayed there for two days until today (31/03/2018) could return with such a wonderful experience. We are thankful to the entire team for making our stay pleasant and wonderful - a blend of scenic beauty and cleanliness with basic facility makes this hotel ideal for "absolute" nature lovers. The morning view is spectacular; the garden is very nice with lots of local flowers; of course the food was absolutely delicious. The impeccable service of the entire team is highly appreciated (although they are not seem to be formally trained, but passion makes them serve better!). The owner, Mr. S. Jain, offers chitchats and shares his experience about the place. Everyone in the team always approaches the guests with wide simile and seems to be ready for any extra work guests request! We loved it, feeling it as second home but in calm place. One must note a few things: (1) poor mobile network/internet connectivity, (2) no credit/debit cards accepted. Thanks!
