The rooms were comfy and moderately clean, however the staff was rude unnecessarily during check out which ruined the vibe for everyone. I'd recommend this place since it's close to the bus stop and is built well at a 6/10. Just the staff being more accomodating would raise that level to a solid 9/10

Definitely not recommend it for a family stay. Located very close to the bus stand, the building is in a street which is not so clean. No sufficient parking space. Did have a bad experience while booking through apps. Paid for a premium room and was given a deluxe room which was totally cramped. The rooms are not that clean either. Overall stay experience was bad. 2 star proximity to the bus stand. Anyone travelling and need a one night stay, can definitely opt the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Lounge hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The overall lack of cleanliness and the absence of basic amenities left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the cleanliness of The Lounge was appalling. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed stains on the carpet and a musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. The bathroom was no better, with dirty tiles and a shower that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. It was evident that the housekeeping staff lacked attention to detail and didn't prioritize maintaining a hygienic environment. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It's disheartening to see a hotel that fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and fails to provide the amenities it promises. I would strongly advise potential guests to look for alternative accommodation options that prioritize cleanliness and provide the expected amenities.

Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent.and especially head office boy ihsan very attentive

We stayed 9 days in this hotel. Pro: 1.The rooms are clean. 2.There is no noise in the vicinity. 3.Excellent room cleaning service 4. Rooms are secure, as the gate closes at 11 p.m 5. Metro and bus stops are nearby. The Metro exit is near the Vani Vilas hospital. 6.When the power goes out, there is a backup generator. 7.Hot water is available 24 hours a day 8. Senior management is approachable and well-liked. Cons: 1) The bathroom requires a place to keep soap and shampoo, which could be a small wall mount. 2) The room lacks proper ventilation, windows cannot be opened due to its proximity to the road, and the outside window premises are filthy. 3) We've seen no smoking and drinking signs, but it appears that no one is paying attention. 4) A water bottle and soap were only provided on the first day, despite the fact that we stayed for 8-9 days. There was also no proper water filter nearby. 5) Requesting a few staff members to learn Kannada

Me and my family stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The rooms ,staff and the service are on point. The hotel is very neat and clean and having good infrastructure. A little bit of disappointing factor is the location of this hotel. However it is very affordable to get such a good hotel at this price.

The quality was pretty good compared to the economical price. The room was fairly large and clean but didn't have enough ventilation (the window opened out to a dirty pipe system and slum-like neighbourhood). The bathroom was clean, with a geyser; however, the bathroom door didn't lock. They had good WiFi. The elevator was not working from the ground floor. One had to go to the 1st floor to use it. The location was prime and well connected (Metro Station, Bus station close by), but very congested and not-so-well maintained. The surroundings are filled with small shops and autos, buses, packers and movers, and perhaps a conservative crowd (you might get dirty looks if you are a young couple). However, it did not seem "unsafe". The hotel lacks a restaurant, but one can order from food delivery apps. Overall it was a nice stay with no major complaints.

Budget hotel for a short stay. Booked for 6 hours for a good price.
