The Lotus Resort - Resort hotel in Morve, Lonavala - Pune, India

The location is awesome and it had great views! The trek to the mountain was really good. The tents were well maintained. Couple of things which can be taken care is the washroom roof has fungus, the service can be better. The folks were good but there was delay with the services. Also we were promised that we will have the activities like zip line. wall climbing and bone fire. Unfortunately none was done since the instructor wasn't available and the woods were wet for bone fire (very lame excuse to make when it was promised during the booking). They should have ensured the availability of the instructor and dry woods.

I had been to Lotus in November and unfortunately did not have a good experience.. I hope the owner reads this post and takes the feedback positively.. 1) The service is very slow and bad..had to request the service team multiple times before we actually got for whatever we asked for. 2) The AC/Fan is not in proper working condition in few of the rooms due to which we had to change the room. 3) The water supply in washroom was not proper as I had to repeatedly call the service to start the pump so that water could be available. 4) The small bridge which connects the premium tents from the reception is in a very bad condition and poses great risk to the customers using it as it could break anytime and could be life threatening. 5) It's a very nice place to be but since this place is not being taken care of by your service team it will soon turn into rubble... Please take some time from your busy schedule and put some time to improve the condition of this resort.

I visited for day trip with of collage friends . We got breakfast , lunch and adventure activities in our package. Breakfast and lunch was perfect in taste. We got premium tents with attached washroom. We enjoyed swimming pool and waterfall both. Adventure activities were very nice. Staff is very friendly and helping . I loved all things about The Lotus Resort. I recommend this resort to everyone.

We visited the Lotus Resort on 28th September with family and kids . This resort is very nice. Swimming pool was very clear with crystal clear water. Food was tasty . Proper hygiene was maintained . Staff was very friendly. Safety wise it's perfect. My tent was very clean and well maintained. I loved the positive vibes here. I recommend this resort to everyone.5 star rating from me. Must visit place .

We had an incredible family vacation at this resort! The property was stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety to please everyone in the family. But what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our kids loved the family-friendly activities and amenities, making it a fantastic experience for all ages. I visited with my friends . We were group of 6 people. While booking they confirmed us 5 people can stay easily. we forced we 6 will stay in 1 tents. We were quite very comfortable . Tents are quite very specious .6 people can stay easily . Food was very taste. I ate noddles , biryani all was very nice . View from tent was also very nice. It's waterfall just in front of our tent. Though washroom is outside but it's full privacy. In 1 word I loved by stay. Total safe for friends ,couples and even pets . I recommend this resort to everyone. 5 star ratings from my end. We visited The Lotus Resort on 1st October. Atmosphere here is very pleasant . Safety wise it's perfect for couple. Food was very yummy. I loved the taste of food. There was less network. But I liked to disconnect with all to connect with myself. Waterfall is very beautiful. Overall it was a pleasant stay. To my surprise we went to fo trek which was awesome. We did adventure activities. Zip line was the best. We will do visit The Lotus Resort in near by future . I recommend this resort to everyone.

Location is awesome. The techno party was excellent. Food is not good at all and management have to really look at this immediately as all guests were of the same opinion. Rooms were ok. Can be more clean and hygienic. Location is the only key USP on the place
