It was a wonderful experience. Clean and neatly maintained rooms, located in the prime location of T Nagar.. Staffs are polite and attentive, also their complimentary breakfast is very good.. you can also get outside food delivered as there are plenty of options around this area.. Exceptional service and cost effective, will recommend for all family visits. Only issue is they have limited and cramped car parking..

It's a nice hotel and staff won't disturb. It's peace and quiet hotel. Breakfast is good and healthy. But they will delay if you ask for housekeeping service and will no response for extend room.

Stayed in Lotus for five days. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive towards everything, be it the different breakfast menus, getting us extra utensils to have our dinner, housekeeping to name a few. The location is perfect as in 5-10 mins there are several restaurants and shops available. Rooms are kept squeaky clean at all times. Exceptional service and will recommend for all family visits.

From our company's perspective, our client had a recent stay at the apartment hotel, and we would like to share their feedback. Overall, our client found the apartment to be spacious and comfortable, offering a home-like environment during their stay.

Clean and neatly maintained rooms, cost may be bit higher comparing with others but its worth. Gives luxurious feel while entering the hotel, lifts are working as expected Only issue i see is with the car parking, bit cramped if crowded. Recommended for rooms only, didnt use their room services , so no idea. They cant serve you Tea/ Coffee before 7. So be prepared accordingly. :-)

We have booked a Superior Room Triple room costing 4000rs , When checking in the Receptionist saying the room you booked is full and gave us a small room , Why i should stay in a small room with my family. Its not a good practice, Zero customer experience, Please Follow good ethics.

Wish I had the option of giving them a zero! We called them a day prior and asked them if we could check in at around 4 to 5 am. They said yes and because of that we booked the place. But, after we reached there at 4 am, the guy at the reception was like you can only book after 12 and right now there aren't any rooms available! We said that when we enquired this wasn't the deal. So we were without a room and at that time no other nearby hotels had free rooms. They were like they don't know anything and avoided taking any responsibility. Next they told us to wait till seven am and see if anything works out or if they could get a room cleared. So we waited while tired and then they said wait till 12 pm. It was so infuriating! We were just 2 women all alone in chennai without a place to live! They wasted our time and also our energy! Absolutely pathetic management. Would suggest not to come here if you want to check in a little early because they take absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes!

The hotel is in a good location. But it is dated. The front office staff are terrible and they think we are at their mercy. We had booked a room with queen size bed and they gave a twin bed. For the price we got in Agoda, many other hotels are available in the vicinity. Pros 1. Location is close T nagar shopping 2. General areas like corridors are clean Cons 1. Rooms are dated 2. AC is noisy and terrible and hitting your head; makes head heavy 3. Stained bed sheets and duvets 4. Stained walls 5. Oil stains on mirrors inside the room 6. Dated bathroom fixtures 7. Front office staff with lot of attitude and zero support Avoid this place
