The Lost Tribe Hostels - Backpacker Hostel in Anjuna - North Goa, India

Very friendly staff and an awesome place to chill in Goa. If you are travelling solo or with friends, this place will surely make you feel home at an instant. After a day of travelling, the courtyard will be your relaxing place. Safe for girls travelling solo too! Location is superb and the people there go out of their way to help you. This will definitely give you a feel of chilling in Goa with the locals and with fellow travellers.

Excellent budget stay in Goa (Anjuna) with cool people to hang around. The food served is good, rooms and beds are fine for solo travellers and groups, Washrooms are clean. A little maintenance of the place would certainly improve the experience but thats nitpicking on my part. The owner/manager is soft spoken and helpful, the volunteers are a cool bunch as well. Overall a very nice budget hostel in goa secluded in a corner with laid back ambience and a chilled out vibe. Better than other stay options around

The hostel is pretty good for travellers. Whether a group of friends or a solo travller, the place is really nice as its budget friendly & a silent place for a good hangout. They also provide food from other vendors. They have their own kitchen where you can prepare your own food. You have open space for hangout. The only negative point is that they don't have hot water for bath. Otherwise the hostel is the best in class.

This was the first time I was staying in a hostel, and lost tribe turned out to be the perfect place for that. This hostel is a bit far from the sea and thanks to that there is no chaos of village belles trying to sell you beads and necklaces, which I heard, from the hostel **, is not the case in other hostels where they had stayed previously. Hence you will be at peace in this hostel. The place is well kept. They have a lot of graffiti on the hostel walls and it goes well with the hippie vibe. The toilets are really clean and they have four toilets which ensures that you wouldn't have to wait to use them. The most happy thing about this place that I noticed is that there are no staff's as such at this hostel, its like one big family. The caretakers of this place is very jovial and will assist you in every one of your needs. They even have tie up with a local bike renting place which ensures that the hostel visitors get bike at much cheaper price compared to the prices prevalent in the area. This place turned out to be the best place to connect with and hear stories from different people coming from various countries around the world. Food may not be one of there greatest strengths, as there menu is a relatively new one. But I do recommend trying out there burger. Over all a very satisfying experience.. I came here lost, then I found my tribe. #thelosttribe.....

It's easy on the pocket. Friendly owners. Nice concept. It's basically a hostel, so don't get your hopes too high up. If you're a traveller or you don't mind roughing it out, you can try this place. There's a bike rental guy right opposite and he gets you a good price as well. The place was clean enough but could be kept a little more clean. No AC but I don't think you'd mind after a day here.

Its a perfect gateway from the daily routine. Place is neat and clean. The entire staff is not just friendly but would go out of the way to assist you. The breakfast is amazing. I loved the place so much I had to extend my stay. Will soon revisit. Thanks everyone for such an amazing stay.

A great place to socialize. A perfect place to chill. Separate dormitory facilities for both men and women. Peaceful area. Clean enough toilets. Perfect for a stay under 400 rupees. Friendly staff. Parking available. Breakfast will be provided if needed.

One the cheapest hostels in goa, located just a few minutes away from anjuna beach. The staff is good. It has open space to sit outside. They also provide scooty rentals. You can easily reach the hostel in a bus from mapusa. It is small hostel but for a stay just at night, it is good.
