What a fantastic experience we had during our stay at the Loft. Everything is just great! Good food and great service. I was there with my family and the staff were really courteous from the kitchen staff, to the housekeeping to the front desk staff, everyone was so pleasant and hospitable.

Stayed for two nights. Excellent service, clean rooms and great location to visit the centre of town or get to the airport. Staff are very welcoming.
I have been a regular customer for the past 4 years.I stay very often likewise 2 3 nights each month.
At the beginning everything was perfect but lately the services has deteriorated and considering myself a regular stayer I Atleast deserve a bettter response and a hospitality but sorry and sad to say it has really decreased.
I travel with a baby and before the stay I always confirm whether they will serve the baby food and over the call it's always positive but the time we demand for it it's the other way round.The tone is rude from the restaurant as if we are asking it for free.
Time to change the property for ourselves.

Awesome hotel but mannerless reception staff. Please teach your reception staff how to handle guests in some smart way. Please instruct your reception staff to not humiliate your guests.
Had a great experience staying in this hotel. Stayed with my family for a night. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Staff is highly supportive and helpful. Restaurant serves great food which is value for money. Highly recommended.
The Loft hotel is a perfect business class hotel in Siliguri. I have experienced the warm hospitality, professional service many times. The rooms are well equipped. The food is delicious and tasty.
Did not stay in the property. We visited the restaurant to have a sumptuous breakfast and were delighted to have chosen this place.
First of let me tell you, they are running a scam to cheat people. They will keep a marked bedsheet on the bed without your notice. Next Day They will accuse you for ruining the bedsheet with color which you might not aware of. They told the bedsheets got color from my hand thread which is impossible because my thread was old one. I conducted the test infront of them still they charge the money. Money is not the thing the way they behave with customer it should not be 1 star hotel also. Shantanu Mondal and Bandana running the scam. He told he is the manager. BEWARE OF THE SCAM.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.

I booked one family room for three of us(my family) all adults. It was a very clean big room with two bathrooms, dining area with dining table chairs. The service was very good, with very polite staff. The location of the hotel is another plus point.
