The Loft - Executive Inn - Inn in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

My fiance and I stayed at Loft Executive Inn for two days and it was absolutely amazing. The rooms were super huge and extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. The food at their restaurant was delicious. We didn't have to go out to try the food outside since everything we tried at Mango tree was super tasty. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to book a stay in Shillong.

It was a good time with this hotel, there is a great environment of the hotel. The staff was very Good in there work and humble in their nature. Nearby areas of this hotel is also good and scenic. Worst stay experience in The Loft Executive Inn! We had a breakfast buffet included in our package. There was bread butter and corn flakes that's it! Being a 3 star hotel the buffet they are providing is very basic even a 1 star hote will provide that. The toiletries they provided are a dove sachet shampoo! Who does that in a 3 star hotel! And that's it for the room 2 sachets. We asked for extra heater they said they can't provide it asked for extra blankets they gave us one! The kettle provided in the room is broken. Its all name! There's nothing fancy at all. Its a very very basic hotel which is labelled as a 3 star! Last but not least they have disabled the review options after asking so many times they enabled it!
