The lockup Restro And Cafe with disco - Restaurant in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

You simply have to visit the lock up cafe and restaurant in order to fully understand it's allure. It is based on jail theme. Quite an interesting concept I must say. They have divided their sitting area into cells where you can sit and ring a bell to place your order. This place has a disc, they call it their remand room. Interior is pretty interesting but it gets very chaotic as it is covered from all sides completely. Voices were echoing which reminded me of our school lunch break. Thus if you want to chill in a quiet peaceful place then this isn't for you. Another issue that I noticed is that they dont have seperate air conditioners in each cell, you have to manage with ceiling fans which didnt work out in our favor because the table with an ac was prebooked, cafe was crowded and fan wasn't enough. Unlike real jails their cutlery and plates are very heavy and gives royal feel. Coming to the most important part of the evening- Food. We ordered tomato and hot n sour soups along with paneer pakoras. Soups were good, quantity of paneer pakoras didn't seem apt in accordance with it's price. It was a little bland in taste too. Then we had paneer, dal makhni, dal tadka, naan, tandoor roti, tava roti, vegetable rice and papads for main course. Everything tasted good, rice was okayish. I was expecting finger bowls in the end but they have a washbasin instead which was a let down. We had fun clicking pictures though. They have a few props like handcuffs and police caps. The owner Mr Shubham Sahu only checks the quantity of Pizza and Roti and earning money is the motive, not the motive to call the next customer. 3. Worst experience never suggest to anyone please don't go Lock up restaurant Sec 5 opposite Choudhary Hospital 4. Dance Room was very dirty 5. Staff and owner abuse with customers. 6. Once you deal with customers then head count Pizza french fries and water bottle just LIKe CHINDI CHOR

The theme of cafe is preety amazing nd fun the quotes, pictures nd the dine rooms..the taste of the food is average if the taste will improve it'll be more amazing nd prices are ok not too high..

Such a bad experience. Never visit again. Such a low quality food and taste was so bad. Even service was not good but for a dinner place is not good.

Food so delicious, need to visit everyone this atmosphere....

Only 3 waiters are there to attend all the guests on a Sunday evening. Extremely poor service and very less quantity of sabzii. Very non friendly staff and manager

Beautiful restro in udaipur based on the jail theme. Attractive dishes with rajasthani culture. Nice and familiar behavior of all the staff. Personal cabin also available here. Disco facility is also available here.
