The gym is well equipped. Trainers are nice both Amit da and Subhojit da. Located near to Ajoy nagar. It is opened all 7 days. With the weight lifting they too have cardio and yoga sessions.
I am extremely satisfied with this Gym. The equipments are almost new and well maintained. The ambience is really good. Not over crowded. No issue with AC etc. The best part is the trainers- they are very friendly and nice.They have proactively helped me many times to correct my posture while using an equipment, even though I have not opted for PT. That is really nice of them. I always feel very comfortable in this Gym.
One of the best fitness studio in south Kolkata.The trainers take so much personal attention to each and every member .Highly recommended

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
