Had a really BAD experience the moment me & my husband entered the hotel. The Receptionists were not at all helpful, the room we were allotted was not up to the mark, the first room we were given was 1003 the side drawer was broken and there was no complementary snacks at all, then when we asked for another room we were given room 1010, here there is only one chair available the other was a roller chair which was torn, the toilet seat was shaky, though we check in as double there was only one toothbrush, when we told the receptionists the next day their reply was "Why didn't You call", isn't it the receptionists job to inform the Housekeeping to give extra toothbrush, or atleast talk to the GUEST courteously, they seem to be judging the walk-in guest very rudely. The Receptionists should be send for training first on how to behave with any guest. The only nice thing is that the Valet & Waiters were polite, 5 stars for their service only. But never gonna stay in THIS hotel again and will never Recommend to family and friends

Wonderful Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant decor and friendly staff. The room was spacious, and clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel also has great facilities, including a gym, pool, and spa. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I highly recommend Wonderful Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Very good place for a lovely experience. You can visit with your family, friends or your love one and have great time there. Breakfast buffet has great variety and you'll love it. They also have coffee counter and dinner and lunch options available. The behaviour of the staffs were very good and cooperative. I definitely recommend you to stay. Worth the money spent.

Location is good, opposite to Directorate of Agriculture. The front road is too busy. Noisy sometime. Overall experience was good. Staff were friendly..

Avoid them like the Plague. They are thugs. The Sales Rep "Utpal Chakravarthy" with his well trained front desk staff duped us by 4 digit figures. We made a corporate booking with a pre agreed tariff rate, but were charged the full enlisted price upon checkout. When contacting the Sales rep he fled the situation by avoiding our calls. They also overpromised for the rooms and gave us a Premier sized room while charging us for a Premier Club room. They are a mafia operating in plain site. Utterly disappointed by the abysmal behaviour of everyone involved in the scam. Facilities are under par at best. We had guests from out of country/state and this is how Lily represents our state in front of the world. They deserve to go out of business. No comparison with the nearby Vivanta which is rated 5*, while this thug-hole rates themselves 4*. 1 star is for the lobby busboys who are polite.

A true 5 star experience! Everything was clean, staff was extremely well trained, room service was great. Rooms were big, and comfortable. Bathroom was nicely maintained, had a shower and a bathtub, with lots of other amenities. The hotel had a nice pool with an amazing view among other facilities. The food was nice, and breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from. I have nothing bad to say The staff is a but slow, but the hotel is really good. Gives a good vibe. Pool was not clean and free to use and they do offer a variety of services (chargeable) for spa and saloon. Room service is good and the restaurant also serves tasty food (Veg). If you are looking for budget stay (stay away) but if a little luxury you look for, go for it. Also it is close to market and various other entertainment avenues and malls. You can not bring outside food or beverage as per hotel policy (but can hide it in your bags and get away with it). The mini bar is quite expensive. We went there while returning from Tirupati Rushivan Resort. Ordered Kathiyawadi food for family members. Food was really good and delicious. We all liked it. Paneer tikka was too good. Ambience was great to dine in. Had a great time with family! Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. A fabulous ambience with the great taste of Pizza, Fast Food & Burgers no other Restaurant match the decorum of DEVOUR. Services are best in the town in term of hospitality $ Staff Behavior. Overall Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Ambience 10/10

Wonderful hotel with great ambiance. Room are very specious and neat and clean. Swimming pool is very nice. Food quality is very good and the hotel is having a wide choice of variety in breakfast.
