This is the best gym I could have gotten in the whole city of Ayodhya. I lost 20kgs in less than 3 months and that too organically. I am really grateful for the pt that the owner and trainer of the lifters' club, Abhay Singh ji gave me. I no longer live in Ayodhya, but whenever I am in the town I make sure to meet him and get some advice for my fitness journey.
One of the best atmosphere, exactly what I prefer. If you belong to the type who believes in following a plan and having a coach to ask questions whenever you want, this is the gym for you. The owner is very polite and professional and it helps.
