Very bad service. My one year old baby admitted here due to severe cough and infection. The treatment and doctors was so good but the problem regarding the facility and service they are providing to the kids. We are taking deluxe room in the fourth floor and they only have saturation checking for baby only availabile in the pediatric icu ,so we have to go with baby every time to the first floor . I think it's very risky to go with infected kid in lift every time. In the picu the staffs are so busy with work and we will wait so many times there. They don't have no facilities in the rooms or particular floor for treating the patients. We have insurance and the staff sitting in the insurance office is very bad behavior,I go there several times while they are calling for some queries. I think this hospital only focusing on money . They were making new buildings and rooms but no use for patients. At least organize everything in the op and ip area. No cleanliness one maintenance in the hospital. I think government hospitals are far far better than this . In this locality no other good hospitals that is the reason everyone is coming here. Hospital management please maintain some standard to your hospital, atleast spend some money for hospital infrastructure and equipments. We are paying that much money for the treatment

EXCEPTIONAL CARE AND SKILLFUL EXPERTISE - DR. DEEPU (CONSULTANT UROLOGIST) I recently had the privilege of taking my mother to DR. DEEPU at LIFE LINE HOSPITAL ADOOR, and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. My mother was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Doctor and his staff. The atmosphere was reassuring, and the level of organization and efficiency was evident. Doctor took the time to thoroughly understand my mom's concerns; he patiently addressed all her questions and provided clear explanations about the recommended surgery. He exudes confidence, which is incredibly reassuring for anyone undergoing surgery. He instills a sense of trust by taking the time to explain the procedure in a way that is easy to understand, alleviating any fears or concerns for the patient and relatives. The recovery time was remarkably swift, and the post-operative care received was comprehensive. EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES (INCLUDING FOOD AND HOUSEKEEPING) -The facilities at LIFE LINE HOSPITAL are top-notch. The staffs are friendly, and the hospital maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This, combined with excellent Doctors and staffs expertise, creates an environment that fosters healing and comfort. The food prepared by LILIs is excellent for ailing patients and bystanders. The premium rooms provided has an exceptional view ,whereby the beautiful sunrise and sunset can be witnessed, facilities inside room is exceptional and above all with close access to nurse station. BIG THANKYOU & SHOUTOUT. My sincere thanks to Doctor Mathews John, the anesthetist and the team of guardian angels (nurses at post-operative ward) who gave us timely update on my mother's condition. The PRO Team Preetha, Seethu and Anjumol who took utmost care of us right from day 1 until discharge, Suni Sister and all the nurses at 4th floor, the pharmacy team, billing team, the person who assisted with wheelchair, the girls who delivered food to us and housekeeping staff. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend LLH for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care that makes them an exceptional healthcare provider. Our experience at LLH under the care of Dr.Deepu was truly positive, and I am grateful for the outstanding level of medical care my mother received that has left a smile on her face as well as ours.

The service that I received from Dr. Aswathy Harikumar (Physician) was absolutely nice. Nursing staffs are decently doing their activities. Room services are also nice and they are maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Overall nice services. Please consider the point that, the nurses in causality should be more available and attentive.

Upon arriving at the hospital at 4 pm for our consultation with Dr. Papachan, the gynecologist, we experienced a lack of respect from both the doctor and the staff. It is currently 7:26 pm, and frustration arose due to the doctor taking additional breaks and meeting with engineers during consultations. Despite our willingness to wait, the staff failed to manage patients in a first-come-first-serve manner. Consequently, we've decided to cancel our consultation. We attempted to contact Dr. Papachan and have chosen to reschedule our appointment. He is an excellent doctor, providing exceptional service and care. We appreciate his valuable time, realizing it is more significant than we initially considered. We apologize for the earlier review, as we now understand the importance of a doctor's time. Thank you, and God bless.

Very very bad experience, I had to come back with out seeing the doctor. I have been told to come to hospital at 3 pm for consultation and I booked my appointment. My token number was 35. Even after 5 pm the nurse didn't call me and when I asked she said I have to wait more. I kept on waiting and approached nurse 3 times. She called token no.64 and many others but not token number 35. I did tell her that I have booked this appointment and the time I got was 3pm. I completely don't understand why the people doesn't respect others time and why they are booking this appointments. The nurses attitude was really bad. I am not going to go this hospital here after and not gonna recommend anyone as well This hospital is not gor people who values their time and energy.

Very good hospital with excellent doctors. Staff were polite. In-house canteen also provided good quality food. Treatment cost is extremely low as compared to other comparable hospitals. Very crowded & busy with high wait times & queues during in-patient hours however this most likely might ease up with the expansion of newer floors which is currently underway.

Very pathetic OP management...there is no use of token system, we have to wait for one complete day just for five to ten minutes conversation with the Doctor. Many times have experienced that people who are behind our token are called in. You wanna visit this hospital then you need to have patience upto sky :(
