The service is pathetic. Poorly trained staff. No one greets, no one is warm. They put on a straight face when you enter the place. They used to serve good condiments. But now instead of flavoured roasted cashews they serve raw ones. Pathetic. The cocktail I had there was more like water towards the end of the drink. High time this place pulls up it socks before they get even worse. Pathetic attitude of staff who cannot even smile or greet customers.

Beautiful space, good service but not so good cocktails. My cocktails have always behaved like they were mock tails for some reason! But a fantastic place to spend your evening with friends & loved ones!

Such a beautiful space. But so disappointed with their service. Not just slow, but extremely lousy. Hope you improve upon that.

Fantastic service, brilliant ambience on the outdoor tables. Visited multiple times during my stay at Leela. The staff is warm, welcoming and extremely careful about your asks. Shout-out to Abhishek, Akash, Biranchi, Liza and all other members of the staff for making everyday of my stay memorable with prompt service and apt customisation for all the cocktails. Definitely coming back again.
