I am disappointed by the recent experience at this hotel. Despite paying in full for two rooms for 5 adults and 1 child, we were charged an extra 2500 rupees. The reason given was that each room was considered to have an occupancy of 1 adult. This felt unfair and misleading, as we had clearly specified the number of adults and children in our booking.
This unexpected additional charge left a negative impression on our stay. I believe that transparency and clear communication are essential in the hospitality industry. It's important for hotels to honor the terms of their bookings and not take advantage of customers. I hope the hotel can address such issues to ensure a more pleasant and trustworthy experience for future guests.
Great budget hotel for a quick stay in Nagpur. Location is ideal near Airport. Food served is tasty. There was issue with the lift that goes to rooftop restaurant. Staff is humble and supportive. Overall good place !

Yesterday night we 6 people went there along with my mom and dad. Since morning out of 6 people 4 people were not feeling well. Someone having motion sickness some having diarrhea and other health related issues. Really food quality was not good. Please confirm food quality before ordering anything.
