The Legacy Resort - Resort hotel in Bhalugarh - Singrauli, India

Rooms are well cleaned. Very good service. Food quality was also good. Reasonable prices. Decent hotel looking after the location. Must stay if visiting near to HIL Mahan

This place is the best located, if you have to visit Hindalco Mahaan. Food preparations are nice, though staff is slow to respond

The ambience of the place is nice.. Having greenary even in the summer time... Is pleasure to the eyes... And is a little remote from the main city

I am a frequent traveller and used to stay in hotels as it is part of my job. Till now I have visited number of hotels but didn't get as worst experience as Legacy resort. Especially the Front desk team, the reception team. They even don't know the word 'Hospitality". Very rude and unmanners attitude towards guests arriving. I have stayed there and will stay in future as i have no other option for accommodation. I believe this the big reason n for there attitudes. I hope this post will reach to the owner of Legacy resort and hope to find changes in my next visit. No complaint about rooms and service staffs.

Hotel is good, very clean and spacious. However, services are not upto the mark as far as tarrif is concerned. There is no buffet complimentary breakfast as mentioned in booking voucher. One has to ask and order for a limited breakfast with reception. complimentary package drilling water not given, WiFi not available, entertainment (TV) service not OK, no hot water only normal water, no complimentary tea kettle with tea bags, milk and sugar available in room.

Ac was not working in the Room so much power cut, despite complaint several times ,Tik tok sound was coming from A.Rooms & services are good but too high rates.For more staying go for Hotel Om palace.
