I had the most incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The luxurious amenities, including the spa and pool, added to the overall indulgence.

I previously worked in the hotel management industry and know what it takes to run an upscale full service hotel. Leela Palace is one of the best hospitality experiences I've had. From the rooms and decor, to the service, amenities, restaurants, lounges, the pool, and grounds. Everything is immaculate, the service really does feel top notch, and the restaurant is amazing. On top of it all, the architecture is stunning. Much more interesting than the other luxury hotel brands out there. If your looking for a tire 5 star hotel experience where your every need is anticipated and catered to, try out the Leela Palace. Safe travels!

Hotel is great, specially the main entrance and common areas are literally a palace from a fairy tale. Food is amazing, I really liked the breakfast buffet and the sunday brunch. Rooms were good, correct, but I felt so overwhelmed by the first impression at the main entrance that I had a pinch of disappointment when I saw the room. Can't complain about anything though, an amazing experience overall.

Visited for dinner at Jamavar restaurant on 17 Oct 23. Ambience was amazing. When I initially called for reservation, they told it's fully booked and later when my colleague who was staying there called them for reservation, they were able to provide a table for dinner. Didn't expect such partiality. Food was good and the staff, service was excellent. One issue during dinner was multiple staff coming and disturbing us to ask how was the food- Is it good, is it spicy...this happened multiple times when we were still having the same main course
