Good service and atmosphere in the hotel. Staff behavior is very helpful and understanding. Food was tasty plus yummy as per our special requirement. Clean and positive vibes in the hotel. We just checkout still after we check out they help us till our but time. Must visit. Good luck. Thanks
One of the worst stays I had in my life in any hotel. Listing them below.
1) Very dirty room.
2) Termites in wardrobe
3) Super filthy blanket and quilt, also smelly.
4) Flush does not work and waste particles were floating in the comode.
5) Lied to our driver that we have told the hotel staff to find his own arrangements for driver stay whereas they never even discussed it with us.
6) There is no laundry service unlike what they claim. They outsource it for exobident cost.
7) There is no food service within the hotel as their kitchen is closed and they literally asked us to arrange from outside as they cannot help. When we arranged from outside and asked for cutlery, they straightaway lied that they don't have any but upon putting pressure, the gave us cutlery which shows it was available.
8) TV was damaged (had vertical lines) and remotes non-functional and also filthy dirty and broken.
9) Hot water only from 6 to 9 in the morning
Net net, it was a terrible stay and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Go at your own risk.
During our recent stay at this hotel, we had a mixed experience overall. Upon checking in, we noticed that the floor of our room was dirty, which was quite disappointing. However, the bathroom was clean, albeit with a broken jet in the shower. We brought this issue to the attention of the staff, who were understanding and responsive.
The staff members we encountered throughout our stay were polite and provided decent service, which contributed positively to our overall impression. However, we couldn't overlook the fact that the hotel was on the expensive side, considering the issues we encountered with cleanliness and the malfunctioning bathroom fixture.
In summary, our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff members were commendable and the service was satisfactory, the initial cleanliness issue and the broken bathroom jet were notable drawbacks. Moreover, the relatively high price of the hotel didn't fully align with our expectations.
Pathetic service. The room was dirty and the staff, receptionist were also not helpful. The cupboard door was literally broken. The bathroom was very unhygienic and dirty and the toilet flush was also not working. Even after complaining the receptionist multiple times, no action was taken. The room service was also very poor. They didn't clean the room even after reminding them. During the checkout when we shared the overall experience, the day shift receptionist was arguing that nobody told him about the inconveniences. The worst experience ever. Hight Disappointed!! We had stayed there for barely 10 hours and they charged 2000 INR per night. And they were charging 500 INR extra for the AC. The TV was also not working sometimes.
Overall, the hospitality and experience is not justified on this price at all. HIGHLY OVERPRICED! NOT WORTHY!!
Kindly don't book this hotel, as the hotel staff manager "Arvind" is very rude, they suggested that I should pay for the AC room but when I paid the amount they said that they can't give the AC room in this amount. They are charging as per their wish, hot water is only available for 1 hour and when you ask for a tea bag or coffee powder as it should be there they will not serve anything. Television is of no use.
Please don't book this hotel.
Very well hospitality provision by the hotel staffs!!!
Even they were fulfilled the diet food requests for elder member.
Staff's behaviour was rude. No hot water at 9:00 am morning. Room and bathroom locks were in poor conditions. Very small parking area shared between three hotels. They switch off all the lights in passage at 11:00 pm. When asked for reason and switchig on few lights, got rude answers. Deluxe room are only name, it is standard rooms with door in poor conditions . Check the review comments of different users . We have not checked same and just went looking at ratings (which can be fake user's) and that was our big mistake . Not recommended .... We have paid 5000 rs/day with online booking site, but I came to know direct booking is 2200 rs. So , in 5000 rs it has not meet the expectation of service. If you pay 2200 rs and are ok to ignore few things with adjustment then it is fine.
Rooms in bad condition, seepage, no ventilation, no hot water for bathing, holes in towels and bedsheet, breakfast - bread not fresh, worst experience
