The Laxmi Niwas Palace - Hotel in Bikaner, Beechhwal Rural - Bikaner, India

This is one of the hyped palaces. The palace is nice but the rooms are really bad, the people / assistants at the reception are worst ever. They did not even take our luggage when we entered and gave some hideous room. We asked for change, then we ended up in better room which was also below average. But dinner and breakfast was good, no complaints there. But overall instead its suggested to go another palace when in Bikaner.

I have never posted a review for any property till date, this is the first time I have done something like this. Yesterday I went to Laxmi Niwas palace for dinner . The palace is very beautiful but I don't like the ambiance it was too noisy for a peaceful dinner so I started coming back towards the main entry but I took out my phone to take a selfie Then the staff there consisting of 3 to 4 people comes towards me and one of them shouts at me in a very rude manner or says that taking selfies is not allowed here. He screamed so badly that my hands started shivering , Then I saw that another couple standing nearby was also taking photos So I told the staff that they are also taking photos , They tell me that this couple has stayed here in the hotel. You are not going to have dinner here, nor a guest here. If you want to take a photo, we will charge Rs 500 per photo! Like seriously this is your policy ! Your behaviour towards your guests or visitors ..... My request to all the people is that whoever wants to go there for dinner or stay, there is no problem, they are very nice with you. But after seeing their ambience or whatever you don't like about that place You don't feel like eating anything and you are coming out. and by mistake you took out the phone, then whatever happens to you, you yourself are responsible for that thing because you haven't paid anything yet ( dinner or stay ) I give 5 star to this property and 0 star for their rude and arrogant staff Note : here is a suggestion for you, if someone comes to your property first of all take their phone and keep it at the reception, if they are staying or having dinner, then only give them their phone, it will be easier for you or the guest too.

best luxury hotel with super -commendable hospitality. keeping up to the name of standards. Delicious food, heritage n traditional culture is well preserved. super helpful staff!! Go-to place if one is looking for memorable experiences

Awesome Heritage Hotel in the Heart of the city, excellent service and lot of open space is available. Nice place for photoshoot.

Starts are too less for this property. You should give them Moon . Amazing property, amazing architecture, luxurious rooms, every stone of this property is saying that it belongs to Royalty. Food is too good and so is the service.

The Laxmi Niwas Palace is very Unique Place the a very different way of building a palace in which the work done on stone is most important. The walls of the palace have very intrinsic carvings and it had lots on windows inside and outside with so much of stone work all windows have stone grills. The Rooms inside the palace also have the beautiful hand painted walls and sealing. Few rooms are very highly decorated. The bar rooms has the very large collection of animal skins and horns. The company who is maintaining the Hotel now is Maintained it very nicely. All the old things are kept in very good condition.

This is an amazing place in bikaner with a luxurious life. I am very happy to share about it because there is no place in bikaner as compared to Laxmi Niwas place.
