The ambience was good! The dishes were excellent! The food was delicious! People around were helpful and courteous! And most of all you will enjoy the place and food! Don't order more and waste the food! Rest is everything excellent!

No trained staff in the pool side bar and restaurant. They'll forget your order and 30 mins later they'll tell you they don't have what you asked for. Save yourself a trip and skip this place. Staff behaviour is pathetic for a place that tries to be a high end hotel.

The Landmark Towers are an absolute 5 star service! The rooms , the staff and amenities! I forgot my charger at the hotel, and after 3 months when I called I was able to locate it with ease and Mr. Vinod was extremely hospitable to courier the charger to me!! Many thank you him and the team!!

I come 4 times a year, almost 20 days all together. Now I'm here in the Hotel, 0:39 am, and the music is so loud that is not possible to sleep. Every time I come, the same...one or two days disturbing guests with high music late night

The best hotel in Kanpur. It has beautiful rooms and good amenities. Also liked YU restaurant. The food is great. Only one F&B staff member at YU named Rajesh has a very bad attitude. Seems he doesn't know hospitality. The way he was answering was very rude. And not only once. Before this visit, i visited YU a few months back and chose to sit in the outside area, Rajesh had the same behavior, due to which my guests were upset and i had to take them somewhere else.
