We stayed at this hotel during our 2+ days visit to Kashi/Varanasi. The hotel is at a convenient location, easily approaching from railway station and airport. Also not very far from major tourist spots in Kashi. The service is awesome; staff is very helpful. Ambience is nice. The food at the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only issue that we faced was that the slope of floor in bathroom is such that water accumulated in the shower area post shower.
We stayed in this hotel for a day and the staff is very polite, service was excellent, the breakfast spread was amazing both quality and quantity wise. We ordered sabz bagicha handi for dinner, and it had a unique taste. Hence, everything in their menu is worth trying.The hotel is value for money and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The most unsafe and risky hotel of Varanasi. I have traveled all over India but have not found such horrible Hotel in my life. Last week I stayed for 2 days in this hotel and I got loss of Rs. 20,000 (Twenty thousand) and the Hotel management reply was " SORRY ". They should hang a board " Apne Samaan ki Suraksha Swayam Kare " If anyone wants to stay in this Hotel then be prepared for your own safety.
IF YOU ARE THINKING PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT, THEN DO NOT PREFER THIS HOTEL Hotel is good and staff are very friendly and very polite but safety and privacy are very important than anything else. Once you will go out for city visit, immediately They will open your room with master key. If you question about this, they will tell you that it is their routine cleaning procedure When we are in our room no one came for cleaning, but After 12:30 we gone for lunch, they opened my room and rearranged my bags and dresses, when we came back be found that all the items are not in the same location where we kept. We afraid about our cash and gold ornaments which we kept in the bag. But honestly they not touch the money. So next day I was placed DND door but after that also they opened my room. They are honest or not, this type of active make customer unsecured This hotel have only three car parking. On MakeMyTrip mention that car parking available. When we reach here they ask us to park on road . After long argument, they park my car Food. Do not select South Indian food Breakfast are disaster better avoid. Staffs are very polite and friendly but that doesn't match with management policy of intruding to customise privacy.
The size of the rooms are only negative in the hotel, in the middle of the city this hotel is situated at a very prime location and services are also good, especially the morning buffet breakfast. The staff is very cordial and welcoming.
No separate parking lot, only one or two cars can be parked just in front of the Hotel, road side. Though wifi was there but you can't connect it with the password provided by them...

Its a very good and mid budget hotel with great service and rooms. Breakfast having plenty of varieties. Staff also very good and polite. Hotel located at mahmoorganj road which is accesible by public transport or shuttle autos and its near to Railway station.
