The property is a very good and corporate budget friendly hotel in the muzaffarpur city, maintaining hygiene up to the mark, holding the well trained staff for front office and service who are well mannered and know how to deal with guests and the food is also delicious with good sitting capacity in the restaurant and the property is located in the center of the city very convenient to the railway station and Highways as well. Would recommend corporate travellers to visit once. *****
A beautiful, well decorated and properly lightened place to organise a celebration for 500 people. They have lift services as well. The staff members are very friendly and understanding.
My venue got changed without informing me. I got to know this post my arrival at the hotel. So you guyz, Make sure to get a written commitment for the promises they are doing for your function. I was promised a bigger hall for my function but on the same they got a better haul of 120 people.. so they swapped my function 50 ppl with 120 ppl. And worst part is they have the odacity of not informing me and proceeding with the ruse. I mean I was shocked to see this kinda service.. i was shocked to observ someone can backdown with already committed service. Plus the ballpark shared was inaccurate.
Very good hotel located at heart of Muzaffarpur and convenient for those who have work in main city or need to get out of the city without the hassle of navigating through city traffic. The ride to the main city isnt too difficult either with a host of flyovers in place . My room was very comfortable and the check in process very smooth with the reception manned by some very able and polite staff. The breakfast buffet was really really good , in fact well above the standards of many star hotels I have stayed in . I will return here without any hesitation. Food quantity,staff behaviour,service etc.

The hotel is located at a good location. It is well maintained. Staff were extremely cooperative. Overall, a good experience and one should definitely consider this as an option for stay during Muzaffarpur visit. food taste, room hygiene, service is also upto the mark.
Staffs are very much lazy .. they need improvement.. my function was done better but could be best.. I guess rudra is not a good manager...I recommend don't deal with this man .. he is very opportunistic
