The Lalita Grand - Hotel in Mathura, Gokul Bangar - Mathura, India

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my pleasant experience at your hotel, Lalita Grand, in Mathura. My friends and I were on our way to Delhi from Agra when we stumbled upon your hotel. Initially, we didn't plan on staying overnight, but we decided to stop by to freshen up a bit. To our delight, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Bhudev, who not only greeted us with welcome drinks but also went above and beyond to take care of us during our short visit. The lobby and washrooms were beautifully designed and well-appointed, which added to the overall positive impression of the hotel. We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Lalita Grand Hotel to anyone visiting Mathura. The warm hospitality and top-notch service we received from Mr. Bhudev and the rest of the staff truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning to Lalita Grand Hotel in the future.

Excellent experience during my stay, staff was courteous, always willing to help. Rooms are big with nice comfortable bed and decor. Had meals in the room and food was very tasty. Would definitely come back with family and long stay. Front office manager Bhudeo is delightful person with great customer service attitude

Stayed at Lalita Grand for 2 days and must say that it was a very comfortable one. Firstly, we reached quite early than the check in time, but the manager Mr Bhudev tomar went out of his way to provide room at the earliest possible time. We highly appreciate that. The staff here also very courteous and co operative.Special mention of Mr Ajay, who made us feel very comfortable. The rooms with attached garden are very clean and well kept. Total ambiance is also very good. Would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Very bad experience, we have booked for 3 days but worst experience.. staff behavior is very rudely.. housekeeping service is very poor.. once we confirm with his staff regarding problem facing in previous day however they have not checked anything and same issue found while we come back in hotel.. If anyone wants photos and videos we are providing anytime but don't book this property..

Checking out from the wonderful place in Mathura, The Lalita Grand. Quality, cleanliness and hospitality all more than ever expected. The biggest positive is their manager Mr. Bhudev Tomar for whom the customer's comfort is always first. Never met such a hotel manager ever who goes out of the way to help you, so that you and your family is at ease. Very kind, helpful and a great asset for Lalita group.Thank you Mr. Bhudev.

Had a wonderful experience. The hospitable and supportive staff made my stay so much more comfortable. Thanks to Mr. Vishal and Mr. Sisodia and all the beautiful people at this property as owing to their courtesy, this place is for sure my go to place in Mathura.

Not a good experience, we booked them for last December-2022 for a destination wedding. The place, rooms and overall property is good, the food is also ok but believe me, the service offered by them is pathetic and the owner of this place Raghav is not a man of his word, so if you are booking with them please keep everything in writing. Because later on he always denied it. They have only one vendor for decor and 2-3 vendors for the event. Decor person overcharges and the hotel does have commission with them so if you book them then you have no choice but to use their vendors only as outside vendors are not allowed for this property. Although the work offered by the decor person was good with limited choices/options in decor and secondly the event vendor 'The Elegant Planner' is pathetic his service is too bad you will cry to book with them but the owner of the event company is a good person. So my review was all mixed of pros and cons. In last, before you book take everything in writing.
