I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lalit Jaipur, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's stunning architecture and lush gardens create a truly serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the rooms were not only beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean. The food at their restaurants was a culinary delight, offering a wide range of delicious dishes. The Lalit Jaipur's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made our stay memorable. I can't wait to return to this wonderful oasis in Jaipur!

Having an amazing experience! Feels so much like home. Every room has personal Geyser. The hotel is highly maintained in posh locality and surprisingly very very cheap. Very friendly staff. Will stay again for sure.

We stayed at the Lalit for 3 nights and were disappointed with the service. Room service and response from reception was very slow. They don't provide hand towels and floor shower towel. Even shower cap isn't replaced. Had to go without it. We added an extra bed but had to daily request for an extra bath towel. Breakfast staff are very dull and don't seem to understand as we had to request for beverages etc more than once . Egg and Dosa counter were very slow too! Staff are young & lack motivation and training. Compared to other hotels we have stayed on our trip to Rajasthan, we didn't feel the warmth, hospitality and excitement. Dismally disappointed. The management could pay a bit more attention and make the working environment for staff and guests stay much more pleasant.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Mr. Zaveri at the reception failed to allocate my colleagues room, forcing us to wait for 7 hours in the lobby till 7 pm. When I inquired about the delay, he offered no explanation and refused to engage in a conversation saying he doesn't want to speak to me. Requesting to speak to a senior manager was met with a flat-out denial without any justification. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns during a pre-planned corporate event made the entire stay a miserable ordeal.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The staff are ignoring our calls, the tv isn't working, the telephone has got issues, how are we suppose to order something?? The room is not that good. They won't let more than 2-3 devices to be connected to the the WiFi, so I couldn't even connect wifi to my laptop. Though there's a plus point it's located near the airport and the ambiance is good. I don't understand why we are paying so much in which there's no games or activities for kids to do. When I reached my hotel and checked the tv it wasn't working and I tried calling in the reception but I couldn't call there either. Me and my friends were starving and it took almost a hour for us to order our dinner. There's no good table for us to eat our dinner at the end we all had to sit on the bed.

One of the best luxury hotel in Jaipur. The hospitality and staff behaviour is top notch. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food served was also delicious.

The staff members Arif Asrar and Indrani at the restaurant at the lalit hotel provided excellent service, displaying a remarkable combination of professionalism and warmth. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond enhanced my overall experience. From dining to taking care of us even after the working hours recommendations to every small , their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.
