My decision to book this hotel was mainly influenced by its positive reviews. Upon arrival, I appreciated its strategic location , although I must note that other hotels in the same area offer a similar location. However, my experience with the room was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, pleasant during my stay. The view from the room was also great as it faced the good view . In addition, I found the staff to be very professional, which shows a great impact for a hotel of this caliber. As a frequent traveler I can safely say that this hotel gets a 5 star rating and would be more. So I will be back on my next visit. Thank you all for the good service

I visited this place as the venue for a scientific session. Very beautiful and spacious. All good except for the fact that the washrooms for common use is too few.. and too far. Gotta go around n round to find one.

I expect better from a 5* hotel. It is an old building and it shows. There was mould in the bathroom. The linen had an old damp smell. On one night, there was loud clubbing music from the roof bar that could be clearly heard in 3rd floor rooms. Quality of food in breakfast was poor. Overall far inferior to other 5* hotels in Bangalore.

Room/hotel itself was average (although very aged). But any positive take is overshadowed by the fact that they hosted a festival in the front garden. This involved 3 nights of construction and speaker tests going into the early hours of the morning as well as blasting music throughout the day until late at night. Note, there was ZERO sound proofing and the bass shook the whole hotel. I am in disbelief how a hotel could show such little regard for its paying customers. In my many hotel experiences I've never experienced anything like this. You could not make it up, do not go near this place if you want somewhere that treats their customers with dignity let alone cares about them.

Nice experience and great food service. Swimming pool facilities are wonderful. Suitable for Corporate events was overall a good experience. Security and cleaning is done very well. Breakfast was having nice varieties. Nice juice counter

Wonderful service and a nice experience. The amenities at the pool are fantastic. Despite the slightly dated decor, the experience was positive overall. The cleanliness and security are excellent. Nice variety was offered during breakfast. Pleasant juice counter.

Loved how the hotel rooms and the staff talk to the guests (to mention the team lead aprit especially) their room service was kinda off cause 4 bottles took 2 hours to come Can't wait to stay with The Lalit Ashok soon :))
