I've purchased this apartment recently. This is still in construction (last phase) and most probably will be completed by March 2024. The location is no doubt best in town, big entrance, parking, garden, swimming pool, commercial building, CCTV, security guard. Iron guard is installed in each building water tank. Overall it is good and satisfied.
I just wanted to thank the team of Lake Paradise. Their approach is so professional and their positive attitude guide me to choose the best property.. Besides, it is unbelievable for me that they offer everything within my budget ..the team members are really cooperative and they offer me the best home at best price..
Best project with reasonable prices, connected with NH 34 , Barasat Railway Station approximately 2.5 km distance, local market within 200 meters, complex is surrounded by so many dhaba , construction quality is good, booking done , Sale Agreement done .
I have booked 3bhk flat and agreement done on sep 2021, 90% of the payment has already disbursed by the bank, i am waiting for handover don't know when they will provide position, although the project is very good within affordable budget if they keep their promises for amenities and facilities....

This is a pocket friendly apartment on a very good location. I have purchased a flat here. The lake view is wonderful. Also, there will be no other options available there at this price. So, best option in economic range.
A VERY LUXURIOUS experience
"The Lake Paradise" is really a dream project for nature lover. I booked lake facing 2bhk flat which ambience is so soothing and nice natural view. ... Sales and marketing person.. Mr. Debarshi Bhattacharya is very co-operative and doing such a fair deal with the buyers. One thing added more in this project is within 200mtrs many retaurants are availabe and communication is very good, but I noticed such a minor thing that 'U TURN' for going towards barasat is very far from this project which is not appreciable. .... Over all here buying a flat is totally 'value for money' which really a DREAM COMES TRUE project.
