Visited on 28-may-2023. Nice place for peace lovers, nature lovers, people who want to stay from the hustle and pollution of pune city. The most painful thing, you need to walk around 600-700 meters to reach the actual gate of society. The area is accident prone due to the slope while entering the society
Pros: 1) Location (feels like a hill station) 2) Spacious flat There are many issues with this society. Initially the society was very promising but now it has gone worst. Majority of flat owners do not pay society maintenance fees on time, in fact they are not even serious of their investment. The society is getting worst day by day. Cons: 1) Not properly maintained 2) Flat owners are neglecting the society 3) Lifts are not serviced and maintained (waiting for an accident) 4) Amenities getting worse day by day due to lack of maintenance 5) No dedicated housekeeping (like gardener, electrician or plumber) 6) no proper gardening, cleanliness of the common areas of the society 7) water shortage issue 8) lack of security personnel on ground Over the period of time the society is going to be the worst housing society to stay, if it continues to be like this. Location is the usp but it will not make it habitable if it is not maintained like other housing societies in Pune and Mumbai. It is not too late, if the management (flat owners) takes the responsibility and start the maintenance. Lake District can become one of the most beautiful housing society in Pune, but for that the flat owners need to get serious and take the responsibility.
The recidencial society best for familie and batchler and also the tourist located on the nature friendly area having a lake inside the society and the facilities are also good just in the summer time water problem occures some time
