The Lake District - Building society in Yewalewadi - Pune, India

Pros: 1) Location (feels like a hill station) 2) Spacious flat There are many issues with this society. Initially the society was very promising but now it has gone worst. Majority of flat owners do not pay society maintenance fees on time, in fact they are not even serious of their investment. The society is getting worst day by day. Cons: 1) Not properly maintained 2) Flat owners are neglecting the society by not paying the maintenance fees. 3) Lifts are not serviced and maintained (waiting for an accident) 4) Amenities getting worse day by day due to lack of maintenance 5) No dedicated housekeeping (like gardener, electrician or plumber) 6) no proper gardening, cleanliness of the common areas 7) water shortage issue (big problem) 8) lack of security personnel on ground 9) Security issue (anyone can enter the premises) 10) Apart from few buildings, most of them look like MAHADA. Over the period of time the society is going to be the worst housing society to stay, if it continues to be like this. Location is the usp but it will not make it habitable if it is not maintained like other housing societies in Pune and Mumbai. It is not too late, if the management (flat owners) takes the responsibility and start the maintenance. Lake District can become one of the most beautiful housing society in Pune, but for that the flat owners need to get serious and take the responsibility.

The b1 building lift stuck and fall 4 times a day and it is in worse condition. it is very dangerous to live here.

Amazing and peaceful place to stay, am in love with the area and the complex as well.

One of the largest society in this area. Situated in foothills of Bopdeo Ghat mountain range. Sounded by greenery. Fresh air is one more advantage here and that too 24x7. It's situated on Kondhwa Saswad road, near Trinity College Campus.

Excellent and clean but some people have serious problem with bachelors. 3 Play courts are available, Strict Security sometimes becomes very Irritating, Kids garden Available, nice sitting Arrangements, Parking for each has been Reserved but arrangment is not that gud.swimming pool and gym available but Gym has free access to owners and not to tenants. This is the kind of society where people are caring for DOGS but not for those poor bachlores who came all the way from their hometowns to get settled at Pune

Good place for elders and small kids to live in, very peaceful and in the laps of nature

A good society!! Construction is of good quality. My friend lives here. The homes are spacious!! She lives in a 2.5 BHK home and the layout is very good!! Balcony view is excellent, looking at the Pune City; we liked it very much! Just that the society is wayyy too far from the city.....
