The Lagoona Resort - Resort hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

Recently went for a dinner with my team, food and ambience were good. But service wise really need to improve, the staff were not hospitable and welcoming. We had to keep on calling the restaurant attendant for every simple thing, I had to even asked them to serve water to drink after sitting there for almost 30 mins. We spent nearly 10K for the food & drinks and I have to honestly say it was not worth at all. I don't think I would visit the place again, hope the management will look into this for better quality of service.

We booked a Suite that was nowhere close to the luxury and services expected for the price we were charged. It was my husband's birthday and we requested to arrange a welcome ambience in the room when we arrived. It was NOT done. We are disappointed that inspite of huge money charged towards the deal we couldn't feel we were not well taken care of. We do not recommend this place for romantic getaways. Staff not so well trained. Food is good. Over all experience 5/10

Very bad experience. We had our money stolen from our room. One of the employees came to our room when we were out having morning breakfast. My wife came to the room to feed our baby. A suspicious man was standing at the door. Wife asked him some questions but he gave unsatisfactory answers so we checked our belongings and to our surprise, our money got stolen. We complained at the desk but nobody cared to look into matters. Everybody is giving excuses like the IT guy was not there to see the CCTV footage. They just wasted our 2-3 hrs to just look into CCTV footage. It is not a matter of money but safety. I urge everyone don't book this hotel where the safety of ur loved ones is at risk.

Beautiful hotel to stay. It is having fantastic kind and friendly staff. We went there for a business meet all the arrangements made were fantastic. The food tastes delicious and they have wide spread for the same. You can spend time playing various games like table tennis, carrom, etc. They have an arrangement for fishing in the personal lake. Nice and maintained swimming pool is also available..overall it is best place for recreation, has beautiful views .

I had 1 day stay with lagoons resort.I had booked Deluxe room.The room was awesome and the view was also fantastic.The cleanliness and the staff service was fantastic.Even They have many activities and games also.For kids they have separate menu also and they also have many food varieties.The food was excellent.I would recommend this resort to many of my friends.Nextime also I would stay at this resort only.The staff was also very poliet in speaking.

Place is gud I was there for 4 days.. staff is cooperative, food is gud, renovation is due ... pest control needed and for that staff is really serious we complain once's staff comes in action with in few minutes even they offer for changing the room also... overall rest is gud

They Do not have permission for music and when there is no music there is no fun. Cleaning need to improve at Swimming pool and other area. Place is nice but for corporate parties need music.

It is good Resort , Great Restaurant in front of hill with superb seating arrangement with delicious food . But they are very much rigid .. we have booked for conference over 19 rooms and paid advance 150000 however they have deny to give room key and asking balance payment . Price of beverages is approximate 3 time higher than outside price . Host person is very good by nature and supportive .
