What a great hospitality by the owner Smitaji and Abhinavji..! This property is wonderfully gorgeous and modern with a flavour of antique. Neat and clean rooms with kind staff. In house cooked food is simply delicious and every time served hot and fresh. Owner Smitaji will personally take care of every guest make sure that every guest is full stomach and happy. Had a wonderful experience of hospitality here and will recommend anyone who wants quality stay. Thank you Smitaji and Abhinavji for making our stay family home stay.
Outstanding and fabulous place. One of the best in Kutch. We have never stayed in such a lovely place like this before anywhere. Truly a homely homestay, but five star is too less I give it ten stars honestly.

The Kutch Courtyard is a lovely oasis of a homestay. I was in Bhuj for a work project and brought the family to be close by. I booked two rooms over 10 days and it turned out to be a peaceful retreat after work and lovely safe, peaceful and homely space for our family. Our 18 month old enjoyed the grounds and trees in the early mornings and evenings. The food was delicious and generous and the special attention to make our stay an exceptional and memorable trip was greatly appreciated.. I highly recommend this property over staying in central Bhuj.

My cousins and I just had family reunion at this property and we had the best time. The house is so well kept and decor is lovely, nice antiques idols, local art displayed.The rooms were comfortable and garden so eye pleasing. Located in Bhujodi a small but famous village just outside city of Bhuj, it is quite accessible from all major tourist attractions in Kutch. Owners made sure we all ,a party of about 35, were well attended, food was also quite delicious. They made it feel like home and yet fun of being on a luxurious property. Overall a memorable stay and Hospitality. Only thing to be taken care of is making it a more kid friendly.
