Kulcha kulture It's located at Suchitra in a drive-in called Terminal. They do have good parking place with good seating arrangements. This place can accommodate easily upto 60ppl. Their service is good and on time. Staff is friendly and interactive. They have a good menu with wide varieties of options. Thier menu includes Starters, kebabs, tandoori, gravies etc. You can definitely order their signature Amritsari Kulchas and it won't disappoint you. Over all I had a good experience here and the taste is also good. Here I have tried Amritsari Kulcha, Boneless kadai chicken with butter Naan, Dahi ke Sholey and Dry fruit lassi.
The Kulcha Kulture recently opened up their newest operation at Terminal Drive-in, expanding their menu from the usual Kulchas and other breakfast dishes to a full-scale authentic Punjabi menu. On offer are some incredible appetizers and mains, which could truly tantalize anyone's tastebuds just by the look of it. Trying out a few of their dishes, my favourites from the menu included 1.) Murg Sholey Kebab - Juicy chicken thigh kebabs marinated in yogurt, chili and mustard oil, these were finished in Tandoor to perfection with a generous brushing of butter. A delicious play on the North Indian chicken tikka flavours 2.) Murg Bhukha Dano Ka - Creamy malai chicken kebab loaded with the nuttiness of roasted poppy seeds. For a change, this one wasn't sweet at all and light on stomach too. Quality ingredients used! 3.) Tandoori Chicken - Got half bird which came as juicy as it can be with an extra helping of butter to keep the meat moist for longer. Paired very well with their Garlic Naan. 4.) Amritsari Butter Chicken - Different from the restaurant style, this was done the Amritsari way with a more rustic, thick gravy. Have it with their Kulcha, you wouldn't be disappointed! 5.) Palak Chicken - Pureed Spinach cooked with garlic and butter, the gravy for this one was really good. Definitely a good one if you are looking for a change from your usual choices.
After opening a successful outlet in Madhapur, The Kulcha Kulture have come up in Kompally to give a shot to some of their authentic North Indian delicacies. Foodies are spoilt for decision as there are loads of options in Gravies, kebabs and tandoori items. To begin with, they have revamped their menu and added an array of stuff. For appetizers, my personal favourites had to be their Dhuandar Chicken, Hara bhara kebab and Dahi ke sholay Kebab. There is a huge variety of Indian gravies ranging from Dal makhani, Kadhai paneer, Butter Chicken to name a few. One can order their signature Amritsari Kulchas and Tandoori roti alongside their gravies. They also serve Chole Bhature and Amritsari lassi. Highly recommended stuff. Looking forward to visiting them super soon.
Regional food in Hyderabad has always special place in true foodies who celebrate soul filled food. Kulcha Kulture with the passionate IT foodie Sajan has already made its mark for their authentic amritsari Kulchas and Chole Batures for the city in Madhapur outlet. They have started another drive in outlet in TERMINAL drive-inn in Alwal, Secundarabad. I took my family for the lunch for some amazing food and I should say I was not disappointed, I tried the following which each of them were different and completely flavors bombs MURGH SHOLEY TIKKA - This is the most softest chicken starter we had where the whole chicken in chunks was just melt in your month drenched with butter and chilli to contrastingly appeal to your taste buds.Another winner - 5/5 CHEESE PANEER TIKKA - This could be the easily the creamiest softest paneer tikka you will have. One of th best and that perfect balance of flavor and texture scores a home run here - 5/5 MURGH BHUKHA DANO KA - Chef Kuldeep's speciality is to die for. Perfectly marinated chicken chunks in perfect balance of masala and generously tossed in butter and to top it off, the magical ingredient, white khus khus seeds drizzled made the whole dish a level up than usual tikkas. Have it to believe it - 5/5 PALAK KI SHAMMI KEBAB - If you like palak, this is your dish. nice soft texture and apt flavors. good one - 4/5 Coming to the mains had to try their kulchas and most recommended butter chicken BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA - Unlike the city's transformed / inspired sweet versions, this one is tarty as it should be and charness from the tandoor chicken chunks makes this dish not for the sweet version lovers but was absolutely killer - 5/5 CHILLI KULCHA & CHUR CHUR NAAN - I know their Kulchas are killer but the Chilli one with that dose of chilli paste all over made the kick level to another dimenstion - 5/5. No words on their CHUR CHUR NAAN - 5/5 With their Lassis drenching our summer thirst and filling in to be the perfect companions for their kulchas, our tummies thanked us for such amazing lunch. With Sajan's company to explain the dishes and nature how its made, its definitely an experience beyond food. Do try the classics here and I cannot wait to go back to try more dishes in their delicious menu as such.
I normally like the food there but in the afternoon the scenery was quite sad. The Chicken Tandoori first had no salt and lacked basic flavours and on top of it was grossly undercooked. I returned the order and the return order was a slight improvement, but obviously the chicken was deep fried instead of tandoori but ok...I hope they don't prove to be a restaurant whose quality goes down hill after a good stint...
Delicious food, courteous cook and staff, and an awesome owner! Apart from the kulchas (best in town), their butter chicken tastes like heaven- best served with hot and crisp butter garlic naan! Thank me later
After introducing Hyderabadis to authentic Amritsari Kulchas with their humble outlet in Madhapur, The Kulcha Kulture is all set to woo hungry patrons on search of authentic Punjabi food, on the other side of the city now! Sitting inside Kompally's new Terminal 2.0 drive-in, TKK now has a bigger and better menu that includes kebabs and gravies, alongside their speciality Kulchas. I was in the area with a group of friends on a seemingly unproductive Saturday afternoon, but boy did it turn out to be a meal to remember! We were a group of 4 and decided to try quite a few dishes. We started with a few kebabs - Murgh Bhukha daano ka, Murgh Sholay Kebab Murgh dhuandhaar tikka and Tandoori chicken. Yes, that's a lot of chicken, but none of us regretted! My favourite was their chef special - Murgh Bhuka Daano ka. Succulent chunks of boneless chicken cooked to perfection in the tandoor, laced with cream, butter and their signature masala, and topped with crunchy khus seeds - this dish knocked it out of the park! The symphony of flavours and textures is something you HAVE to experience! That being said, the other contenders were no less. Each kebab was cooked to perfection and had its own distinct flavour. For mains, we ordered tari wala chicken, palak chicken and butter chicken (obviously!!). Again, that's a lot of chicken I know, but after those phenomenal starters, we were at a point of no return! With gentle masalas and roughly chopped tomatoes, the tari wala chicken was an apt representation of a homemade chicken curry. Super addictive! The butter chicken, unlike the sweetened versions we find in most places, was perfectly tart. The char grilled tandoori chicken pieces added a wonderful smokiness to the dish. Must try! The star main of the meal though, was the silent kid in class who became a CEO - palak chicken! It was by far the "creamiest" palak curry I've tasted. Best part - the dish doesn't have any cream in it! Perfectly balanced spices, seductive mouth feel, juicy chunks of chicken - all paired with some crisp garlic naan and lachcha paranthas - this dish was a stunner! What sense would it make if we visited TKK and not eat kulchas?! So yes, after all the mains, we ordered a couple of kulchas as well, which without a doubt were phenomenal. The chur chur naan as always, was a winner at the table. Albeit a new menu, the guys at TKK are doing a splendid job. The attention to detail to each one of the dishes is exemplary. Authentic flavours, next level food, friends to share it with, good times.. what more can one ask for?! Do give them a try when you're around, you will not regret! The place has ample seating, all Covid protocols are being followed to the dot (both in the kitchen and the drive-in). Prices are extremely pocket friendly too!
In love with Kulcha Kulture It's like home away from away. Whenever I feel homesick I order from their outlet and they never disappoint you be it the kulcha or the paranthas. They know how to make you and your tummy happy.
