Very bad service, very very very bad staff. Very bad appointment or waiting system. You ask for appointment of hair reduction treatment and they will book appointment for OPD and then argue with you. It's all patients mistake. If you have patience of the earth and you have only last option to go there only then one should visit here else go to other clinic.
Sir's treatment is good and effective. Other than this I want to write something about the assisting staff: Some of staff here are rude to patient, they behave rudely just on my asking reason for waiting. The treatment givers are supportive for adjusting time according to patient somewhat but staff/team members who are assisting them use to threat patient to come according to their duty releasing time otherwise they misbehave saying due to you I am staying on duty for extra time. Also one of the staff told me that I will get 1 extra sitting of treatment free of cost if I will buy 6 sitting treatment which is not applicable in 4 sitting treatment. When I bought 6 sitting treatment and the treatment when started, one of the other staff asked me about the package, when I told about 6+1 free of cost sitting she corrected me saying no this is not true and she cross checked with the concerned staff that same staff came me saying sorry I was having some confusion it is not like that you will only get 6 sitting treatment. Thay should improve their behaviour towards patient. My last sitting was very rudely behaved.
