The best food at a reasonable price, that's what I can tell you. Reasons to give 5 stars: 1. Deliveries without any delays 2. A clean environment 3. Tea with Milma milk (let me emphasize 'good' tea) 4. There are all types of non-veg foods. 5. The Kerala meals aren't that appealing, but the curries are tasty and only cost 60 rupees. The sixth point is personal. As a matter of fact, they give you 8-9 boneless chicken pieces in chilly chicken, while others give you just SIX. Also, 90% chicken : 10% corn flour starch per piece.

They used to be really good at the beginning, having good tasty food at normal price. But now that only prioritising Money only over customer satisfaction by lowering food quantity. They're giving less food and charging more money. For example, a small piece of fish fry used to cost 50 rs, but now it's 80-100 rs. Paying more is okay, but quantity is very low. pathetic!! Their Biryani is the most expensive around, but it doesn't taste great, and you don't get much quantity. If you're going to charge more, at least give quantity for the price. Also they keep raising prices randomly. it's bad for your business. It's not just me; I've met four people who feel the same way. The service and atmosphere is still good.

Very bad experience. Fish phrai full, of oil. Quantity very less. Biriyani chicken your are charging high with single piece chicken. For 200 rs you will get chicken biriyani with two piece of chicken everywhere. Totally bad experience

Worst experience...from this hotel.. Kudikkunna vellathil .chatha EECHA yee annu kittiyath... When we complained about that..they are not even botherd to replace the jug/water !! And the food was also too expensive

Very good and tasty food, they will explain the details of dishes which we like to order and rate is also affordable

New restaurant with almost good food. Employees do not know what they are doing most of the time. Lack of organisation it seems. All the employees are non-natives and they do not speak the local language 'malayalam'. We ordered a fried rice, a shawarma and a pineapple juice. After 20 minutes of repeating the same order thrice we got the fried rice. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the shawarma and we never got the pineapple juice, which of couse they forgot. The food was good but they messed up in serving the order. When we came out to pay the bill, employees were chit chatting on one side and on the other side 3-4 tables of customers waiting for food. I had this experience on 23/04/2023, the day when IPL fan park came to trivandrum. Even though the food was very late and the confusion in the order, the employees were polite. And I think it was their inexperience, the reason for my bittersweet experience. Hope they note this and make their service better.

Less space nice food

Tried alfaham and kubus and ended in disspointment. The meat quantity is less and its masalas are bad too .even the meat feels like too dry. But highly recommending the breakfast menu All of the breakfast items are too good and economic The iddly and egg dosa is also adipoli . And one of the few hotels that charge Rs .5 for tea in tvm ( i dont know if its a one day offer or something )
