I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, they were completely ignoring customers. The sitting arrangements at this place is worst idk why ppl hv rated this place so well it seems all are family members lol. The food was cold. When we complained to the owner who was the accountant was very rude and did not care to take feedback. I'm disappointed, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Recently visited Krazy Kulcha ordered Punjabi Tandoori Momos and Stuffed Kulcha taste was awesome along with its quantity. Since the place is near by we visit quite often..the place offers Good ambience with reasonable prices and Good Quality food , behaviour of the Staff as well as owner is nice and welcoming. A must visit place in Howrah Ghasbagan area.
Pretty bad experience where after payment through swiggy dineout, restaurant declined to accept payment made through swiggy and we were heckled post our dinner. Also dinner served was extremely slow and it took over 2.30hours to have our dinner. Must avoid this restaurant specially if you go through dineout or zomato gold and on weekends
Totally loved the ambience and food here, everything is very tasty and quantity is really good. Staffs here are very polite
Awesome taste, service ambience, reasonable, perfect for pure vegetarian restaurant, variants of variety you can have .. private section for hookah so that others won't get suffer from that ..
Very much congested place...food was below average... pricing was ok but portion were less... overall not happy with quality and quality...

Hotel is near to howrah railway station,Room is newly renovated and looks very good . Bathroom cleaninness is well maintained. Hotel provides good food ,need to work food price. Overall stay was very good and staff is very supportive.
