They prepare food for the hostel I am staying at and I must say, their food is worst quality food I ever had in my life. The food is of low quality and it tastes too bad. It lacks proper nutrition and I think that's why they sometimes put insects in food to make it nutritious. I wonder from where they buy paneer. It tastes like artificial rubber. I don't know about the restaurant food but the food they prepare for hostel, sucks.
Actually first i used to like this restaurant so much. Especially the handi paneer. I used to love it but once i ordered kesar kulfi and instead of that pista kulfi had been send. On complaining the restaurant didn't accept their mistake and they blamed us that we only told them to send pista kulfi. This is the worst habit to not accept your mistake and blame others
Food is grossly overpriced, the quantity of food served here (that too full plate) is only good enough for smelling , A Person having "NORMAL" diet would require atleast 2-3 full plates of food (such as paneer or mushroom) , and the price is way more than any restaurant in Kota It would be wise , not to visit this place unless you have tonnes & tonnes of money
Food is goodstaff behaviour is good Service is a little bit slow but okk. Parking need to improve. As there was no option for four wheelers. Rest is ok.
Ridiculous customer service, the manager doesn't care about the customers at all, the staff behaviour is very rude and even manager is very rude and doesn't listen to any inquiry. The menu is misleading and the restaurant doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction and the food quality provided.
Best food , best ambiance, good service must visit once......
