Went there to have a working lunch and ended up with their buffet. When you enter, you will get the feeling of spaciousness with the tables maintaining a subdued but elegant seating. Their menu offers both buffet as well as a la carte. Buffet is approx: Rs.1200/- plus taxes. Service fee may be included. Service is simply awesome and you will be attended by a number of well-trained and smart stewards. If you are lucky, you may find their top Chef making the rounds and may offer one or two of his specialties. Very friendly and you will not regret spending there even though it is expensive. However, the spread and the sheer variety in starters, mains and then the salads and desserts, not to mention the friendliness and hospitality, more than makes up for this. Money well spent.
Celebrated Wedding Anniversary Day on 09/11/2022 with my Family at The Kitchen Restaurant @Raintree hotel ,Tenyampet. Gone for Ala carte & ordered Pizza ,Penne Arabiatta Pasta ,Chicken Biriyani etc. Pasta was extremely excellent. Worth the money paid. Giving 5 star ratings to Food ,Hospitality & Ambience. Highly professional team. Will visit again .
The kitchen, at rain tree Anna Salai, had a decent buffet menu, tasty live pasta, pizza, dosa options, salads are available to mix, veg starters there were 3 items, soup - cream of vegetables was very yummy. We ordered pizza and dosa on live counter (part of buffet), 6 different side dishes, chinese noodles, lasagna, steamed rice and dum biryani were also on offer. Tandoori roti/naan bread can be ordered on table, dessert options were decent, one vanilla and one strawberry ice cream, indian sweets, dry cake, moist cake, pastries like tiramisu, miniature cakes were on offer. 1500 rupees + tax for dinner buffet. It's definitely worth the price. The hotel today was strangely empty, pictures below were taken at 2000 hrs when we entered and later again taken at 2140 hrs. We felt alone. Do visit them and have a quality time with your family and friends. There are non veg options too. The service was exceptional, giri and smriti were well trained and were super observant. Before we could ask for a refill of water, giri refilled my glass. Plates were cleared at the right time by smriti. Giri placed dessert spoon on the table when we went for dessert. We had to ask for it in other star restaurants we've been to. Their interiors were chic and well illuminated. Nice music playing not too quiet or too loud. Their chairs need better cushioning, not very comfortable. Card, cash Paytm, gpay options available, wheelchair accessible entrance, valet parking, centrally located in bustling Anna Salai traffic.
One of the worst buffet places I've visited. Costs 1700/- per head and they just serve 3 starters. And the whole main course menu was also small and the service was very poor. The desserts were good. Quiet ambience. Would not recommend this place.
Went for buffet with family..worst service and worst buffet.Per head inclusive of taxes charges are 1800/-(Buffet price -1500+service charge+cgst+sgst) Spreads are worst..non veg starters (they were using spoilt chicken and fish, using some adulteration to enhance the taste).service is worst These type of restaurants are cheating customers in the name of buffet Attached images are fish finger(spoilt) Pizza -tasted worst Chilli squid was average
Compared to my last visit to this hotel, this visit was much better, last time it was totally horrible. Initially was lot afraid to go to this hotel the second time, but thank god it was not that horrible as the first time. This time, the ambience was great, the staff were polite, friendly and responsive, though not that fast. Dinning area was a bit cold, but the food served (Veg) was good. right from soup / starters to the dessert was good. Though the dessert varities could have been increased or different variety given. Main course was good, neatly prepared and served.
Perfect match for family dinner treat. The food varieties & taste are always quintessential.
Good restaurant but the food options are limited especially for vegetarian. Decent ambience. Need to be more customer focused and the delay in serving the food should be reduced and could be improved
