If I had an option I wanted to rate the services in negative. The orders always get swapped, the wait time is 35 mins minimum, whether you order a biriyani or a meal or a fresh lime. The manager is rude and won't even bother meet you. The food is bland. I will like to reiterate it's not one time experience but a cumulative 5 trips over a period of 2 years knowledge! If you find yourself there and wondering where to go, walk 30 metre to the other side and the fort kochi restaurant is 10X better.
This place has good food. Service was quite. A fairly good selection on the menu. Clean and neat place. We just came here for lunch.
Visited the restaurant for lunch. The food was great. The service time was a bit high, but they had informed us about it even before we ordered.
The staff here was wonderful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal as you are close to all the walkable areas of Fort Cochin and also have access to the bus terminal and ferry.
I am sharing this feedback with very desepointment. I am very regular custmer over their... As exicutive bar they were providing the basic bar snacks like peanut or mixtcher. I don't konw why the reason now they cut that also. may be they want controll the cost. It's not good. As an executive bar eveyone come for an experiance. instead of that you may increase rate little higher provide the same standerd. most funny thing as a regular visiter I complaint multiple time the managment is not bothered about the same. In my opion this kind of revelution instead of saving money you are loosing business...
Great old world hotel and much less expensive than the place across the street!
Extremely spacious rooms, a well laid out hotel and good service. The only downside, if at all you want one, is it's slightly away from the heart of fort K comprising of the princess streets and the surroundings. That is fine, though, just a small walk away. P.S. has an in house restaurant with beer and wine and a bar above.
Quite possible the worst restaurant I've ever been to. My family and I went on 27th Dec for lunch and although the ambience and crowd seemed fine, the service was horrible. We waited for almost an hour after ordering food. Waiters were so clueless that no one had any idea about our order. They didn't seem to care. When the food finally arrived, it did not taste good whatsoever. It felt like it was made for the sake of just serving something. Looking at the other positive reviews, I'm assuming the time we went was not one of their good days.
