It is located in Bariatu, Ranchi. Operated by Dr. Amit Kumar, famous Nephrologist of the city. Doctor is very good. But Management is worse. Their is no queue system, person taking care of management is so unprofessional.

Dr. Amit Kumar prescribes too many examinations which is somewhat considerable, but after reviewing examination reports he is not capable of making appropriate decisions.

Only Dr.Amit Kumar was good in clinic and rest of their doctors and staff are very unprofessional. They don't respect Patients and their time. Only visit here if you want treatment from Dr Amit Kumar otherwise never think to come here for treatment. They played with your life.

In today's hassle life everyone busy at own business for their live hood. In context of this I searched for Nephrology in Ranchi nearer to NH33 through google search engine, although it has been referred to Dr AK badiya by physician where my mother gets check up regularly. Further we collectively planned to visit Dr Amit Kumar at baritu road best on the Google review. Wherein it has been given mixed recommendation and some has given negative experience about staff. We visited the clinic on 24 Dec 21 with prior telephonic confirmation. The staff dealing with told me to report at 1030 hrs. Accordingly we started early and reached destination after travelling two and half hour at sharp 1030 hrs as we told. We spent almost whole day till 1900 hrs for normal check up. So I would like take opportunity to give impartial feedback in every perspective so that you people familiar about clinic. As this place is very exhaustive and time taking. I really struggled for whole day for 05 minutes consultation. (a) Location: easily accessible, located at baritu main road. One can very easily reach here. (b) Infrastructure: average. It required improvement like seating arrangement , drinking water , toilet , parking space and other hygienic factor. (c ) Visiting hours: No schedule and time table is maintained here. Doctor used to visit at their own ease and hardly spent 30 min to give consultation to patient. As in my case staff has given time 1030 hrs one day prior i.e. on 23 Dec 21. Further on visit 24 Dec 21 we were told expected timing for Dr Arrival is around 1200 hrs. Whereas actual time for doctor arrival is 1300 hrs. Again we were told that doctor will visit again to see report at 1700 hrs but actually he visited at 1830 hrs. If you are visiting from outside of Ranchi then one has no option other than night stay .if one not having own arrangement of transport. (D) Behavior: He usually communicated gently and soft spoken (e) He used to prescribed KFT, Urine test, USG and ECG to all patient who visiting first time as I experienced in one day scenario . Also they having well tie up with laboratory and radio imaging centre. They are charging fixed amount for these test and very expertly explain about these test. They will also give time to arrive these report around 1700 hrs usually inclined to doctor timing. If you explore nearby lab then it may experience difference in service like cost and report generation. Overall service is not good and it very time consuming and also queue management is very poor. it is my pleasure if my feedback gets extent to u any kind of support.

One of the best kidney doctor in ranchi. BUT staff are very bad, there is no queue system, attendent in evening time send patient as per his convenience only, no matter how much time you have waited (negative rating for staff). Doctor is very good, well experienced, you will get quality and satisfactory treatment here.

Best nephrologist in the state. Gives proper time and advice to patients. Extremely satisfied with the treatment. The dialysis unit is among the best in the state. Overall the best clinic for any kidney related problems in the state.
