The Khurana Group Dewachen Retreat- Hotel - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

Worst place to stay Monkeys can easily enter the room Main Door/Sutter can be closed in evening without notice to the guests. We should never think and even not to be recommended to anyone. Even though someone stay there then God help him out

Had booked The Khurana Devachin retreat after seeing the batch. Alas ! that was fake one. I had never experienced such horrible stay in a hotel in my life. I reached hotel at 9 am in the morning and left my bag at the reception confirming that I will reach by 9pm after completing my office work. At night when I reached hotel at 8:30pm they gave my worst room to stay, room was full of bad smell. The used bed sheet used towel was given to use. The worst part was bed in which the springs were coming out and not at all comfortable. The mattress was giving feeling of sleeping on iron rods. I did every effort to get it changed but they did not . They shifted me in another room and condition of that room room was almost same. I called MMT for help but they also did nothing. Since it was 9:30pm till than I had no choice than spending my whole night awake and sitting on the chair in my room because it is not possible for an human being to sleep on that mattress. I felt I should file FIR against hotel and MMT as well for such a fake review and forcing me not to cancel the stay. Plz stay away from this hotel.Everything is fake here. If this is last hotel of Gangtok than too you should not consider this one. Sleeping on naked road is better than sleep on bed of this hotel. Food quality is worst. Rooms are ful of bad smell. They don't wash towel and bed sheet before giving rooms. Such frustrating stay in this hotel

Best of all time.. Well maintained, especially the staffs make us feel not less then a family.. Nd special kitchen feels like own brotherhood..

Excellent hotel at a very cheap price. The rooms are specious and well maintained, the restaurant at the top offers a great view. The hotel is at a perfect location away from the hustle and noises of the mall,one can easily find shared cab to gangtok mall at a fixed price pf Rs.30 per head. I was managed by their staff named Sonam,he was very polite and a helpful guy. Would recommend everyone .

Window View 1.They allowed early checking without charging extra rupee. 2.Room Service is excellent. 3.Location is amdo golai from there you can get Taxi and by Paying Rs. 30 on sharing basis, can reach MG Mark. 4.Good Staff.

Good hotel at this location. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean. Mr. Arun and Mr. Akash at the reception area are very helpful. If someone want to go to MG market which is 2.5km from this hotel, one can get shared taxi (30Rs per person). Overall great experience.

Has the best view, they had prepared sandwiches for breakfast at 3:30 am since we had early morn flight, kudos to the staff

This hotel is good as long as you get the room with the view, some rooms below the reception have moisture in them so look carefully at what room you choose. Apart from that, the location is very good, the view is awesome.
