I was really very disappointed with their service, I paid 5700 for a medical facial, one would expect a royal service, but the whole experience was awful, during my facial, there were some 10 people at the least who came knocking, so no question of relaxation, in between my facial, the lady attending me was asked to look at another client while my peel was drying....... Well this kind of service would definitely not work in a metro city, it's just coz of Bilaspur, these people are able to survive, coz most people don't know what to expect even after paying huge amount.......
Well, I did get a glow though, no lying about that, but definitely not a Wow experience

Worst treatment for skin. Careless behavior towards patients. Compounder does all the treatment instead of doctor. Very much disappointed.
One of the nest dermatologist in bilaspur. Dr. Is very humble. But take appointment 1 day before.
The treatment they provide is fully trustable. Any skin disease usually takes a long to cure fully and so is here but the treatment is good. The staff working there are also very good and polite with the patients. The clinic is also clean and hygienic.
Highly recommended to all for skin treatment, having professional machines for all treatments. Dr.Sir and all staff members are very good . Clean n hygienic hospital in Bilaspur..
Horrible experience. Doctor is very irresponsible. I have waited so long for my turn although I have prior book the appointment. His stuff people keep saying wait for 15 mints but i have waited more than 2 hours. It's really waste of time and money.
Wish could give negative stars here... I really want all to be aware of this place. Doctor is humble, no doubt about that but not very responsible. I mentioned multiple times that I have very sensitive skin but neither Doctor nor any person doing treatment ( peel) bothered about that.. very irresponsible and ignorant staff...
If you have very common problem you might visit but if you want rare skin condition then not recommended.
