The Kaya - Skin care clinic in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

On 17th Oct.. I visited in kaya I'm from bihar and i went Ranchi just for my hair straight but i don't know what they did with my hair it because so dry and freezy and price 10 thousand i done hair straight one more time for 2 years ago and that's good that's why i visited again but this time is my worst experience they didn't received my call nd at all

I hope the quality of services should have much better. Towels and beds should be sanitised and kept clean. There is no availability of toilet and I think it is totally unprofessional. Creams used during the facial should be sealed so the authenticity can be ensured.

Got my global hair coloured from here. They are the worst! They do worse than what you would do at home. They stained my clothes, my skin around the hair and did not even bother to clean. And moreover, after shampooing they don't even put conditioner on the hair! Absolute worst service, staff is no better than your local parlour and then also they change hefty amount of money for the mess they do. Please do not visit here.

This salon is absolute nonsense. Even tho I showed them the picture of the haircut that I wanted, still they completely reuined my hair. I even asked for the specific employee to do my hair but at the last moment they swapped places and reuined everything,. ... Very Bad service..

I am disappointed with their party makeup... It's was very bad.. every layer ko makeup was visible

I visited Kaya (Hari Om Tower) for hair straightening today. The results were fantastic, the texture of my hair got much better thanks to the staff's expertise. They were very hospitable and seemed to be very well-trained. I would definitely recommend visiting. Kaya is one of the best salons in Ranchi.

I had long hairs and was afraid to cut it.. But some how i convinced myself to give it a try.. And I went kaya.. They did great job. Will definitely visit again

This has been my worst salon experience so far. Honestly, I expected a much better service from The Kaya. I went there to get bangs I showed her a picture of what i wanted but instead she gave me something entirely different. She gave me a blunt bangs which I specifically asked her not to. Customer service is also not nice here. To be honest, I think I'll never visit this place again. I heard so much about Kaya but it was a big disappointment for me.
