The place is perfect for a group of people, there are 6 bedrooms with a capacity of 16 people, and the service was decent. It has a spacious outdoor for you to sit and relax. Go for it if you want to enjoy with a bunch of people away from the main city. Just be mindful of the noises as it is situated in a residential colony. Definitely value for money

Stayed there from 5/2/23 to 12/2/23. Overall good experience with some drawback. Stayed at Ist floor. Housekeeping was not upto the mark. The caretaker was not very active . Some water problem also faced. Location is good and quiet. No nearby shops available. No arrangement for food. Arranged online. Rating 6/10.

Very good services...we booked for marriage and guests loved the rooms and services provided by them..host is so helpful and the caretaker is also very kind...very beautiful house and pretty cosy rooms

If you want to experience over-promised and under-delivered experience, then this place is totally for you. The worst experience I have even had till now, very dirty rooms and under maintained property with water leakages in the washroom(Acc to caretaker, that water leakage was normal and acc to property host, we can't complain since this is not a Hotel). You are not allowed to play songs even on your phones as it might disturb the family staying on ground floor. If you have rented out this place to the family, then why are you guys giving the other floor to youngsters? Very unprofessional behavior by the property host, the property ran out of water at 1-2am everyday and when we complained about it, we were told this is not a hotel and the host blocked our number. Also they clearly don't know how to talk to customers and how to do business. Even you request or complain about anything, they will talk to you very rudely and start blaming you for things. NOT SUGGESTING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVEN JAIPUR RAN OUT OF OTHER PLACES.

The property is okay but there a lot of restrictions for young people like not playing music even on an average volume. There are a lot of issues regarding water accessibility in bathrooms and when we tried to talk to the owner at night, he said it is late and he was very very rude about it. I would suggest the owner to give the airbnb to older people or families only.

The property is located right behind Dana Pani shyam nagar. Easy to find. Decent sized rooms, and a caretaker. The place is by yourself with no disturbance but the place has no fridge which i felt was a setback. You have to run to the caretaker for things like that especially if you visit in summers. The rooms have window a.c but again I doubt one would be very much satisfied with the cooling. And the common area has no mode of cooling. I mean don't put an a.c but atleast a cooler wouldn't be bad. Our stay was fine, but that place can do better.

The place is worth the price paid for, kept very clean, all facilities running and the caretaker was extremely helpful throughout the stay.
