Truely It Was Great Expirence Being a Guest Of Hotel Kahna Castle. The Taste Of Food, Service Staff and there behavior Was Undoughtly Appreciable. Would Like To Appreciate Mr. Suri, The Owner Of Hotel, Who Was So friendly during the 4 Days Stay, From Front Desk Mr. Rajesh Ji and Other Staff from Service and kitchen department are very supportive. Over all Experience was Supeb. Wish To See Soon In Future.

Good ambience, but worst service. I booked their rooftop for small function but we didn't got good service from hotel's side. We gave our order in advance(4 hours prior event) even then they didn't served dishes on time and served wrong items. Very disappointed!!! A suggestion for hotel's management, please work on your staff and service. Having good ambience, good interiors but poor service won't attract any customer again to your hotel.

it was a fantastic stay at hotel kanha castle. rooms are cosy and comfortable. centrally located. ideal for business trips and with families. very polite staff. clean rooms and bedding

The staff was really irritating as hell. They entered in my room two times without even knocking.. According to privacy i felt really bad. But the politeness i saw by the property owner is literally remarkable

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Parking is adequate. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was better than what I expected. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us!

The Hotel is located a bit inside the main road, near DB City Mall, Bhopal. The Amenities provided are all chinese and not worth it. The food is strictly vegetarian and not tasty at all. Also restaurant food is expensive. Looking at the location which is a clear disadvantage, the management will have to really work on the restaurant menu pricing, amenities in room (like shaving blade, shaving foam, toothpaste, soap etc) and the Taste of food served as breakfast and in restaurant, and yes WIFI speed too needs improvment, so that the demand for room booking can go up. The plus points are the lively decor and ambience in the hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Have lived here for 15 days straight. Few things are not good :- 1. Cleanliness: The blanket and it's cover they have are having spots of I don't know what and when you ask, they say nothing can be done about it!!!! 2. Few people in staff don't talk properly and sometimes talk rudely. Not expected after you are paying so much per day for room. 3. Anyways food quality is good! May be that can compensate....IDK! 4. Last but not least they have a master card which opens every room. And this master card is accessible even to sweepers!!!!!!! So, stay at your own risk!
