The Kalika Hut restaurant in Gomti Nagar stands out as a top destination for those who appreciate mutton dishes. Their signature Handi mutton is an absolute must-try and arguably the finest in the city. For non-meat eaters, their Daal Makhni is equally delightful. What truly enhances the dining experience here is the fact that a majority of their Indian dishes are prepared using wood fire, undoubtedly intensifying the flavors. However, when it comes to services, there's room for improvement as they tend to be a bit slow. Additionally, maintaining hygiene in the dining area is an aspect that could use some attention and enhancement. Beware : They dont have four wheeler parking space so you will have to park your cars on road.

I ordered food from this place and it was the worst experience of my life. The handi mutton cost me 1200 rupees and it wasn't worth even 100 rupees. The pieces were uncooked and some pieces were smelling like they were rotten. I ordered for my family and they said to never try non veg food by ordering online. This was my first and last order from this place.

We ordered paneer manchurihan, mutton handi, mutton kababs, chicken biryani. Taste was fabulous. Both veg as well as non veg dishes were great. Ambience is very average, maintenance of interiors is required. There are 2 sections of restaurant, one is open for all and another is only for families. I have been here for more than 5 times in last five years, and very surprisingly this place has never disappointed me in terms of taste. Here, My favourite dish is Mutton Handi..

Loved the mutton and chicken handi. Definitely a must try. Also had Mutton handi with garlic naan which I found good. The ambience is pleasant and gives a welcoming vibe. The staff are polite and helpful.

Most of the reviews are fake or paid reviews because the services are very pathetic and very slow . After sitting an hour we haven't served the food in afternoon. One thing more, this is a couple friendly restaurant as they serve the food to couple very soon or they dont want to sit a long time.. and if you are a boys group , u hv to wait for long time.

Situated in Vijay khand 1 behind hazi Islam park. This places serves good non vegetarian food. However service is slow. Place is famous for its biryani and handi mutton.prices are also reasonable and portion size is good. PS: there is almost no parking space in front of restaurant and in peek hrs it's became difficult to park vehicle near it.

Simply unprofessional, service is also slow. The servers take orders verbally,they do not note it and later they miss your orders and deny that you did not ordered. Suggest not to visit here

Great place. The dish was awesome. Staaf was polite and friendly. We ordered a paneer manvhurian and lacha paratha . It was really good in taste . Whenever you go there just try out this dish you will love it. All the measures for covid was duly taken.
