Just average, everything wise small rooms, average food , dal was served stale and costly too , good for one day stay if you have no where to go ," just staying" food look for in the market , outside elsewhere .. hotel staff has polite behaviour.

Location of the hotel is slightly away from the town making it more quaint and peaceful. Absolutely noise free and best for those who would like to relax . Hotel is clean although its amenities may not meet the expectation of 4 or 5 star hotel however it is in proportion to its charges. Restricted hours in the restaurant with limited menu compensated by the view from the window overlooking the hills. I would surely visit again.

If you are planning to visit Kurseong, I would recommend you to find any homestay, rather than staying Kaizer valley ( commercialized hotel ) .I went there only for wifi , but it was also not working properly. Rooms are very small in size with respect of tariff. Very poor service. If you are taking complementary breakfast, you will only get kabli chana and ruti / luchi .. nothing else . I will not suggest you to visit Kaizer valley hotel if you are planning for a short trip , until unless there is any specific reason.

I'm from kolkata and i came here for relaxation to make some music away from noises but here I didn't find peace I stayed in super deluxe room and the rooms are very bad I can hear noises from another rooms Im DJ by profession I didn't find peace at all. food are not so good. They make it carelessly. In service you only find one person doing services to all rooms. Thats one tea takes time like hours. I didn't find a good environment here. Instead go for another hotels located in kurseong areas.

This Hotel is one of the best valley view hotels in Kurseong. Rooms are quite good but the food taste from this hotel's restaurant is rubbish. Also a Big thing this Hotel belongs to Mithun Chakraborty's (the great actor of Bollywood and tollywood of his era) Sister's hotel .

It was a nice stay. Executive room was quite spacious and comfortable. A bit disappointed with service which can be taken care of. Food was good. Overall good.

Very nice location, family friendly hotel. Perfect choice for holiday at Karseong, specially for travel lover middle class bengali. Rooms are spacious and well maintained compare to rent. Staff are careful and service was good that makes our stay very relaxing.Thanks to management for excellent hospitality and hope to stay at this hotel as and when will be at Karseong.

Worst room service. They call it a hotel but its worse than homestay. Just rip you off for nothing. Located in a remote place. No shops nearby. So get geared up if you plan to stay here.
