It is a good place to stay and experience the city life in Delhi. Besides being well maintained and well connected to all modes of travels, it offers quality food and commendable services. Further the staff is cooperative and rooms are big, airy and clean.There is good backup facility with internet connectivity and is not costly too.
The location is good: walking distance from Adarsh Nagar metro station. The hotel staff is Not so friendly and welcoming. The ambience of room is okay but beware of mosquitos, as hotel does not provide mosquito repellent. Water bottle is not provided. You'll have to ask for tea and milk sachets. Overall experience was okay.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the hotel staff ( excluding the receptionist ) were good. <br/>Otherwise I wouldn't have even given 1 star. <br/>My experience over the 3 days we stayed there :<br/>1. We reached at night and were welcomed by dirty linen and lesser number of towels as compared to guests. When we asked for the bedsheet to be changed , we were told that they need not be changed !!!! The person who came made such a horrible face !!!!<br/>2. If we would order food or something to drink , it would come after 1 to 1.5 hours. <br/>On one occasion , they took 3 hours and still didn't give the lemon soda !!!<br/>when we requested for a cancellation of order they said we can't cz they themselves had ordered it from a kitchen outside the hotel !!<br/>To top that , the food is so expensive ! <br/>They charged us 8k for approx 15 paranthas , 25 cups of tea, 10 pieces of toast !<br/>And yes , they don't give you a bill along with the food they give for room service , so no proof !!!<br/>3. One of the receptionists was so rude , he made us feel as if they were doing a favour for letting us stay there ..<br/>He actually caused a fight between us family members by saying wrong things about 2 or 3 of us to the other members. The groom actually fought with his family on the day of the wedding !! <br/>I personally requested that receptionist to speak politely as I was speaking to him politely but he was ultra rude.<br/>I wish I could personally meet the manager and tell him all this. I normally don't write any negative reviews but this time it was the most horrible experience I could ever have.<br/>Never will I visit that hotel again and never would I advise anyone to go there.
The reception staff is rude and unprofessional. They have no clue about client handling and are simple process following puppets. A group of 3 girls who had travelled all the way from Gurgaon with luggsge for their booking were rudely refused a checkin at 8pm and forced to leave and make new bookings from scratch. They didn't even try to help us out. No follow up at 12noon that is check in time. Nobody for grievance redressal. Highly condescending and unprofessional. Very very disappointing.
Wish there was an option for less than a star. Tops my worst stayed places list. No hygiene, no manners, no facilities. They make you feel like they did a favour by letting you stay. Though, I would not like to complain about the attendants as they try their best to save the hotel's image..
Worst service ever. Batteries of Air conditioner remote are dead and no one is replacing it. There is no internet connection and no one is responding to it. Manager is angry whenever we are talking about our problems.
