Very nice and calm place with natural beauty around. Clean bigger room, quick service and very warm hospitality. Got help for jungle safari when nothing was working for us to get safari ride. Recommended..

Had been to the restaurant, which has a good upkeep, and i can say it's the best in the vicinity. A good place to dine in if you're on your way to Guwahati or Siliguri. If you feel the menu is decently priced with respect to the ambience, then you're wrong because of the humongous quantity they serve, you'll actually feel it's a bargain! They also have a long and varied list of items to choose from. Washrooms were also well maintained, even though I had visited in the off-season.

Stayed at this hotel for a day... Though on the website, it shows a 5 star rating but frankly speaking, it is not more than a 3 star rating hotel. Rates are quite high as compared to the services provided. It seems to be a big resort in the pictures but very very small in actual. Not even enough space to walk around inside. Restaurant dishes are bad and we went there to celebrate our anniversary but ended up having medicines to control the stomach. The kitchen staff don't know how to cook continental dishes. Start-up drinks were badly made. Very limited items for breakfast menu and just to remind that it was taken complimentary but no juices to have. Tea/coffee were badly made. Really, the management has to look into the food quality so that they can maintain their 3 Star rating. So didn't like the stay as we expected.

Everytime they amaze us with the consistency and amazing service. Great place to enjoy tranquility, nature, native, national and continental food. The staff and the management is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for family or solo travellers.

I went for lunch, good service but slightly slow. Food is good and the environment is calm. Would definitely recommend for a visit

This hotel can be evaluated in 2 ways. 1. General evaluation. 2. Regional evaluation. My general evaluation is a mediocre hotel, a 3-star hotel but it can be called a good hotel according to the regional conditions. I saw and visited a few more well-known hotels in the region and I can say that jungle book is one of the best hotels in the region. The staff is very nice, respectful and helpful. Many of the staff speak English. The service offered in the restaurant is good. It has a very extensive menu. Although the rooms are large, they have their shortcomings. rooms and bathrooms are old need refurbishment. the garden is beautiful. It is a small hotel with two floors. Although the rooms are exactly the same, the price of the 2nd floor rooms is higher. As a result, if you go to the region, I can say that it is one of the best hotels to stay. a small place. Can go to jaldapara national park but closed during monsoon season. You can visit jaigon on the border with Bhutan or even cross into Bhutan with a local identity. (You can get a visa on the internet for the pass with a passport). can visit the chalipata forest and go on a safari. can see the tea gardens and rice fields. you can go to local markets and have interesting experiences
