Last week we had a party at JK Residency, the whole staff was so arrogant they took the speaker from the party area. And afterwards they keep arguing with us for giving extra 500 rupees,which literally makes no sense at all. I would give 0 star to this hotel. I went to so many hotels but this one was my worst experience. Waitor has no etiquette. Manager really has no knowledge how to deal. I would totally not recommend this Hotel. There are so many other Good hotels with good food and good staff in Kurukshetra.
Last week we had a party I which they took speaker away before the party was over. If we were mis behaving then you should don't serve the food after you took speaker. Just money making things No coustmer value. I should like to give 0 stars in terms of service quality.
