Awesome place and excellent hospitality, abid( caretaker) is very friendly and helpful. We were travelling with a toddler of 2 year in November end, and had no complaints of the stay, Room heater was fully functional, food is as per your demand and is nicely taken care. Over all would love to visit again

Everything deserves a five star here Mr. Abid is very generous, helpful and trustworthy. The service given was just wonderful and very convenient .. you get whatever you want at the moment you ask The people around are also kind and you can enjoy to the fullest here. The boat is very well maintained is in its top condition. It's the Best Houseboat Talking about the food, It was super delicious and tasty It's worth visiting !!!

This house boat is situated in serene and peaceful Nagin lake . It gave us breathtaking scenic beauty. It's a well maintained boat with the beautiful Kashmiri decor all over the place. Negatives: we were not satisfied with the service with the kind of money we paid for single night. Almost 4star expense but basic toiletries were not kept in the bathroom. It seems they expected us to ask for the brush and paste. I felt the bedsheets and towels were either not changed or not washed properly. It had some kind of smell. Breakfast menu was very limited. For a family of 4, only one mineral water was given rest was charged. No water was provided in the morning while having breakfast. We enjoyed the scenic natural beauty but human error created a bit of spoilsport.

We had a wonderful experience at Jewel in Crown . All amenities are available like room heater , transportation on demand , amazing food and awesome interior . Love love love I travelled with toddler and all facilities were available . Amazing host ( Abid) and hospitality . Must Visit

Really great rooms and the people are so nice!! Loved the bathtubs. Super clean! Would definitely recommend 11/10. The terrace is great as well. I got a bee sting and they all provided remedies to cure it. Pleasant experience.

A luxurious houseboat with splendid service. Warm and friendly staff. Ishwaq , who was the host was especially hospitable. Food was excellent, homely. On demand transport is also available. On the whole very comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone

It was great stay. It was my husband's birthday and they arranged candle light dinner and did whole setup customised. They do best to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. Food was good but can be improved a bit. It was calm and view was mesmerizing. Dal lake is nice but crowded so in case you are looking for peaceful stay definitely nageen lake is must try.
